Absolutely the last time I'll give this place a chance. I pulled up to the drive thru, gave my order, then pulled around to the window. Not a single word was spoken since the staff inside were too busy laughing and talking to each other and they just took my credit card then handed it back with my drink and the box of food. I get home 15 minutes later to realize that the order was completely wrong. Like not even remotely close. But I guess you can't expect people to let their job come in between their social hour with their coworkers. Silly me.

Very thankful to Ms. Andrea, who was so kind and went above and beyond typical drive thru service today. She took the time to make peach cobbler for me instead of just telling me they were out and dismissing me. The staff was nice, service was great, and prompt!

I Ordered 2 , 3 piece chicken meals at the drive thru today .. I did ask for 6 legs that I know I usually have to wait for but it is what my son likes. Was told 5 minutes and to pull up to a parking spot. I already paid and got the large tea ($24.60) over an hour of sitting and waiting I just left. Hopefully they enjoy the free meal 😊 I will never be back to any bojangles restaurant, as all of them are generally the same service. Ordered a chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato was given a chicken sandwich with tomato pickles and icing. No one answered the phone the 5 times I called. Highly disappointed
