Very thankful to Ms. Andrea, who was so kind and went above and beyond typical drive thru service today. She took the time to make peach cobbler for me instead of just telling me they were out and dismissing me. The staff was nice, service was great, and prompt!

I Ordered 2 , 3 piece chicken meals at the drive thru today .. I did ask for 6 legs that I know I usually have to wait for but it is what my son likes. Was told 5 minutes and to pull up to a parking spot. I already paid and got the large tea ($24.60) over an hour of sitting and waiting I just left. Hopefully they enjoy the free meal 😊 I will never be back to any bojangles restaurant, as all of them are generally the same service. Waited 21 minutes to place my order in the drive-thru on a Sunday morning and another 5 to get my food. Person taking orders needs to a lesson on basic customer service. They were incredibly inconvenienced by having to take my order.

Went here Friday October 25th to pick up a curbside order at 9am. After a few minutes I went inside to pick it up. Girl working the front was taking orders at the register but not serving any to the people already waiting. Started arguing with staff in the back about how "she couldn't do that her circulation was bad." I could tell her coworkers were getting fed up with her. She mostly argued with them instead of doing anything. I was there until 9:30am at least. And I had to be a little pushy to get it by then. I don't normally leave reviews I am sympathetic to retail/service workers but this was unacceptable. Things were not going right and it was obvious to customers waiting.
