The manager was very unprofessional and needs to fired. She talked to her team like they were dogs. I will go out of my way to avoid this place

Our experience was good at first. Food was great, order was taken and food was prepared very well. Lobby was clean and bathroom was clean as well.
After we finished eating, I went into the restroom and one of the cooks came in beside me. He proceeded to walk out without washing his hands. I informed the manager on duty but just wonder how many meals he prepared without washing his hands during his shift?

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I came to get breakfast and the drive through line was long so my husband was going to go in, well the doors were locked and the workers looked at him and motioned for him to go away. Very unprofessional. What business is open but locks the doors on Sunday?! Other times going have been subpar as well, the food is nothing to love.

Food was alright, but biscuits are very greasy. Didn’t give our slaw, fries, and straws. Paid $3 for those and didn’t receive it. This same thing happened last week. Service is absolutely terrible I would rate it negative if I could. Horrendous.

I just want to shout out the whole team at this Bojangles. It says a lot when a fast foods bathroom is clean. That means the kitchen is too. The customer service is great! I can tell everyone takes pride in what they do and works hard. Bojangles corporation I hope you pay attention, and most importantly pay these people what they deserve!

Food is wonderful. What isn't wonderful is paying for a large BO round and getting a large size container that is half empty. This is twice. If you gonna charge for a large fill it up. Because paying that much for a large getting a medium in reality is ridiculous!!!!

Always feel like I'm walking into Grandma's house when I visit this location! The staff is always so warm & friendly, & always makes sure to take care of ya like Granny would!
Normally I stop to grab lunch and lines move with ease. This evening I’ve been waiting for 20 plus minutes and still no food. Cars pulled to the side and curb. I almost got hit by a truck pulling a trailer that decided he didn’t want to wait.

This specific location needs to be shutdown IMMEDIATELY!!!! I ordered that promo 2 birddog combo on the app. That was before 4pm. I arrive to check in at 414pm. I finally gave up at 447pm. 3 cars after me got their items before me. 2 separate employees came to my car. The younger kid apologized and said someone is working on it. The 2nd older lady asked what I ordered. She stated that they don't even have a ticket. I decided to walk inside. No one was working the register. A crew manager appeared from the back and said someone will be right with you. That never happened. She then commenced to fuss at the line workers and critiquing their effectiveness of ticket handling on the monitor. That was followed by verbal debates, finger pointing and lack of accountability. My previous experience there, drive thru speaker was a digital response. I drove off then as well. I hadn't ordered on the app so I didn't bother. That's 45 minutes of my life that I can't get back. Good riddance to 28 Bypass Bojangles in Anderson, SC.
