It was a full minute from the time I walked in before anybody even acknowledged that I was standing there. And another minute and a half before I was asked for my order. Then the staff had trouble with basic questions about their menu offerings (which were not clearly listed). My order did come out quickly and the food was correct, so there's that.

We have been a few times. Food is always good for Bojangles but this last experience made me not want to go back. I ordered in the drive thru. I was given tone that questioned my order, so be it. But then at the window seemed irritated for me ordering. I was given my food and checked it before leaving and the sandwich was made incorrectly so I went back and not a single apology but was seemed to give irritation bc it was wrong. I could see it being made and it was ready and neither the window girl or manager grabbed it. Eventually it was grabbed and handed to me with the same irritation and no apology. Didn't think to check the size of fries that I was charged for being wrong too. Charged for upgrade and still only got a small. Not really sure why this was such an inconvenience when he simply remade the sandwich quickly but had to wait even longer for the replacement.

Honestly I just need somewhere to complain… I spent $30 for 2 large supremes combos. They were out of the one drink like there (not a fan of Pepsi products). When I got home, NONE of my fries were cooked. Whatsoever. So the only thing I could even eat was the chicken tenders. Very upsetting. I was so mad I didn’t even take pictures of the fries before throwing them in the trash.
The employees were highly rude, and not put together. They got two of our orders wrong. And forgot not one but two biscuits. They didn’t give us the right sauce.

Sad, mad workers. Who can't read the order. They just do what they want. I think the fries I had at 5 were made at 12. I keep trying to give them a new chance. But I keep being disappointed. Not worth it. Sorry location.
I gotta be honest I can only blame myself for not checking the order every time I come here but I tell myself to not hold up the line. I have come to regret my decision every time as multiple items will always be missing when you order is over 20$ no questions asked. I recommend checking your order or like myself you will be out an hour of your own time. The staff is great. Nothing against them other than the accuracy of their product.
