Anderson, SC *Hwy 24 Bojanles*@ 4pm.I went on drive-thru since there was no other cars on drive- thru except 2 or 3 cars in the parking lot that was there dining in the lobby before I got there. The drive girl started to take my order than she just stopped after waiting long period of time which we still never got our order so I pulled up to the drive-thru widow after waiting several long long minutes and when the very unprofessional,rude,nasty attitude young lady came to do drive thru window she said*WHAT DO YOU WANT*n returned I said I don't like your attitude for starters and I drove off. I just went to another store in reported the problem to a manager at another location..

I was taking me and my kids out for a nice breakfast and Soon I will be met with the rudeness and laziness of this Bojangles. They gave me a large hash brown, and it wasn’t even filled up halfway and when I asked them if they could fill out more, they complain and told me to leave and said that I was getting more than my moneys worth and that they were already in there, but they were only seven in there and then this very rude worker named Mimi and I’m not even sure if that’s her real name. she was constantly arguing and saying very rude things that I’m not even going to put on here I also ordered two large sweet teas and I didn’t get either of them and they wouldn’t give them to me. I don’t recommend this restaurant if you wanna have a good nice morning breakfast it is nothing but rudeness and laziness that is completely unacceptable

Everytime I go they always say there waiting on chicken to cook. Which I understand that it's been busy lately. So I waited literally over an hour. And then to top it off they didn't give me any white meat only dark meat and the dirty rice was not done. And it was watery. I live close by so there are days where that's where I want to go. But at this point I would rather just drive to KFC. The staff is rude for no reason.

I have eaten at this Bojangles many times and on this occasion the flavor of the chicken was not up to the usual standard. Will give it another try and re-rate accordingly
I gave boj another chance last night went for a 3 pc wing fries a bowl of gravy and 2 bo berry biscuits well I wanted no salt on my fries so I let the lady know I have no problem waiting had to wait on my wings also my patience is pretty good but I felt like I was in there waiting for 30 minutes when I got home to eat my meal the wings weren't hot out the grease like i asked and thr bo berry biscuits well I should say bricks they know those biscuits was rock hard but it was too late, I believe I'll just make that rise to Popeyes from now on boj lost this loyal customer and I'm literally less than 5 minutes away from boj mad disappointment
