I work right next-door usually have a pleasant experience with this location. New heavier set lady that runs the drive-through window was extremely rude the past 2 days. Forgot to mention that I needed ketchup until she was handing me my food, and she copped an attitude and said “let me know quicker next time because it’s cold standing at this window” then proceeds to hand me one single ketchup packet for 2 large Bo rounds. I have to stand out in the cold all day long to work. I really don’t care that They have to stand by the window an extra five seconds to hand me condiments. If doing the bare minimum at work is such an inconvenience then why come to work?

The Cajun chicken biscuit was small and a little warm.
Stopped by again this morning after several weeks after the review above, and the sausage and egg biscuit was hot and fresh. The associate at the drive through was nice and, I got my food quickly.

Whoever was working the window on 12/28/25 at 10am should not be working in the fast food industry. She was extremely rude and unpleasant. Opened the window when we pulled up and didn’t say a word to us, just flung her hand out the window waiting for money without telling us a total, greeting us or anything. We asked for a dipping sauce to go with our meal and she told us that we couldn’t have one. Said it was an “add-on” and we couldn’t ask for an “add-on” at the window and that it cost 27 cent to get one and wouldn’t give us the option to pay the 27 cent to get one, she just said that and slammed the window shut. I don’t understand why anyone who acts hateful like that would choose to work with the public. Find a new job…

went thru drive thru bad enough u haft to deal with the AI attendant and i could not even figure out if a drink came with my meal or not but i get to the window pay and ask for a buffalo sauce to go with it and get told i am asking to much they dont even do add ons in the window i told her i am not adding on i simply want a buffalo sauce i have exact change i was told she aint go time for this and close the window in my face and start talking trash to the people around her so loud everyone in the store can hear her i could hear her thru the glass door with my car running! i asked for a manager who simply came up and rang up a buffalo sauce i originally asked for while the whole time the girl running the drive thru still continued to run her mouth how ahe aint gonna do an add on in the drive thru after i already spent 21$ in food and even said i would pay for the .26 cent sauce! ita bad enough food prices today but to have someone speak to you like that and show out for asking for a sauce to eat your 21$ order with is abismal and this is whats wrong with food services now simple common courtesy cost nothing at all!!! come on bojangles you guys can do better than this!!!

We came during the Saturday morning rush. Very busy inside and via drive thru. The staff were banging out orders correctly, staying calm and friendly. Inside was very clean for being as chaotic as it was. Definitely have an excellent crew 👏
When the dinning room is actually open. There is one lady that works there i believe is a supervisor, is super rude and very aggressive to the employees
