Edited review: they were out of sweet tea multiple times, order incorrect as well. Did receive a call back today and hoping to see improvements soon. Sounds like they’re trying! Effort means a lot and would love to up this review to 5 ⭐️.

Don't know a breast from a thigh ????? Don't know a wing from a leg ??? Just in case you don't look..a white meat dinner comes with a thigh and a leg if you don't check..but you will be charged for a breast and wing dinner..oh but you can bring it back and they'll fix it..costs more gas to bring it back..it should be correct when you order..I shouldn't hafta look..I was the only one INSIDE ordering..drive thru was empty..REALLY PEOPLE ...Like I said ..I shouldn't hafta look at what I ordered...if I hafta do that then I may as well cook at home..at least I know what I'm fixing...0 on review..0 on going back

Out of cole slaw and a 12 minute wait on chicken. Sunday after church, they need to be better prepared. Terrible service.

Guy was sitting in parking lot had been waiting for 30 min or more on wings he was pretty upset and the lady working was yelling at customers that they were short staffed if they didn't like it they could go elsewhere. There were 5 people working and having to work with someone who acts and talks like that to customers I could only imagine how she spoke to her employees. Plus I ended up sick for 2 days after eating there with food poisoning had to go see my doctor I was so sick

Brittany made my visit absolutely memorable. She is an absolute delight and it was a pleasure to meet her. The restaurant was extremely clean and the food as usual, very good. If this particular Bojangles wasn't 7 hours away from my house, I'd be here twice a week.

We normally like this Bojangles, but this time today not so much. Got a two piece meal and the chicken has way too much flour in it to eat. They were out of chicken breast, no white meat. Forgot the extra brown gravy, but atleast the biscuit was on Q. Also got a Bo chicken sandwich, but haven't tried it yet to see how it turned out. Hopefully not bad, if so my husband's gone say no more Bojangles from this location. Maybe they will figure out there problems and fix them

The gravy sausage biscuit on 5/5/25 was horrible at 6:15. Too much flour and not enough sausage. Too thick. I couldn’t eat. I paid with card. One person working and 2 guys doing???????

We love this bo jangles but on March 31st we got biscuits and gravy which we could not eat. It was too salty almost as if an entire salt shaker has been emptied into it. We asked for a little more gravy since we love it. Ended up taking 1 bites and pitching the food away. Later we both were sick from it. Please don't let this happen again. I wasted $11 that I can not afford.
