Wish I could give lower than a 1 star! Doesn’t matter what time of the day we go, it seems they will not make a blast. I never will understand how they provide a product but never be able to give it to the customer.

Parking: Watch the entrance into this place everyone hits the curb and hurts their car no lie either very narrow entrance into place and parking lot is small as well not much parking for the business they got

I wish I'd asked the employee her name. After days of no power with Hurricane Helene we celebrated it's return with a trip to Bruster's. We couldn't find any bananas at the store so we told the kids we'd only be getting single scoop cones. The girl taking our order heard what I said and surprised the kids with a small bowl with a bit of topping in it to go with their cones. She said everyone's been having a hard time and it was something small she could do. It was not a small thing in the eyes of our three kids. Thank you for making the celebration an even more special event. You guys were handling a lot of people on a skeleton crew and still took the time to be personable. It did not go unnoticed!

Went there earlier the cashier didn’t ring our second ice cream up asked if we wanted to leave a tip we said yes $3 well she added $4 I guess she thought she needed it
