Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service! A cup of iced water is supposed to be .25 cents and I was charged $1.81!! I was treated differently from the moment I walked in the door. Very rude manager. The water was for my dog and he drank the entire first cup so I went back inside for a refill of ice water and the manager starts yelling at me at the top of her lungs in front of everyone ultimately embarrassing me to the max. All because I took the cup outside and brought it back in. I understand its a hygeine/health standard/policy but there's other ways it could have been handled. She didnt have to scream at me like that. All she had to do was offer me another cup. Easy. Instead, she would rather yell and scream and make a paying customer feel 2 inches tall in front of all the other customers and then tell me not to ever come back. All over an overcharged cup of water!! BTW..idk who would even want to come been a

When in there once to use wifi and they told me I could not after being a customer all my life just to do something important was wrothed forget my headphones left them on table then about got killed cause I almost pulled out in front of a car yet I still go there despite the unnessaryness of that incident and they got my headphones that altered colors

Upon leaving work I drove past McDonald’s, past Wendy’s, past cook out to drive to this Burger King location at 11:42. I was told they were closed when I pulled up to the drive thru. this location doesn’t close till midnight, I guess with this new remodel they can afford to turn hungry customers away. From now on I’ll go to Wendy’s

You can change the outside, but it’s the service that counts in the end. If the order is not right, why bother. I’m sure these are good people, but if I change one thing from the “norm” it has a tendency to come back wrong.

Burger King, please wake up and see that Chic Fil A has FOUND the answer!:
reasonable food + GREAT service = ALOT OF CUSTOMERS.

I always say it’s not the company but the people that work at any restaurant. I walk in barely greeted which is fine however the thing I did not like was how my husband was treated their was no one in line and the the cashier seem to think he was just standing their just to be standing their not asked to take his order or anything. Then you give him the food and not ask did he need condiments such as ketchup napkins knowing they’re are no longer in dining area. And when I order the young lady that was in driv there gave me my order. She greeted me at the door from taking an order outside to a park car asked about my husband and I responded he was already in the dining room eating. The one thing that stood out for me is SERVICE we ALL have bad days but at least do your job with a simple smile. And if you take anyone’s order please make sure they receive it and you not being hollered at to come to the back because the manager wants to know what another restaurant is serving while you come up front and get your phone and yell it back while I am standing their waiting for my order RUDE and Unprofessional DO BETTER PLEASE

Came here atleast twice now and their buns had mold growing on the inside of them, absolutely disgusting and I would rather throw up at this point than ever go there again.
