FOUND THE TRUTH MKY

I feel terrible for the encounter i observed today, never have i ever thought i would walk in to a place in america and see such cruelty, disrespect, and down right discrimination and against the employees. I heard loud threats of 1 female yelling to 1 male who surprisingly stayed calm.. I COULD NOT
The screams and scuffles got my attention quickly , im praying for the employee they were threatning… needless to say i didnt get my order

Asked for a caffeine free coke, the lady at the window said Coke Zero had no caffeine. I have a severe caffeine allergy, so I asked her to please double check, she gave me an attitude and started talking to me like I was stupid. I came home took 2 sips and got extremely ill. Went to BK's website and sure enough thier Coke Zero has caffeine.

Absolutely ridiculous.

TERRIBLE customer service. Walked in and as soon as the cashier sees us, she takes off to "use the restroom" another employee walks by eating food and the other 2 just completely ignore us. Stood there for about 10 minutes before deciding to leave. Wont be back to this location.

Would rate a negative if I could. Worst BK I have ever been to. Sad thing is they don't care. Adrian, lies to customers, doesn't take responsibility for her shifts mistakes and then lies some more. What a HORRIBLE person. She was so bad I had to call the cops just to get her to refund my money. She slammed the drive through window on me, made every attempt to annoy me, and went out of her way to keep their store number and customer service number from me. So sad that this is who they chose to leave their store in the hands of. Shame on you Adrian.

This place has gone so down hill it used to be alright got workers standing around outside when u pull up workers sitting down food takes forever to get out you say please and thank you to them and nothing why is the inside closed at 6pm is that a new thing now? such laziness

Was excited to try the new firey strawberry Sprite...in all the reviews, it looked so good.. even in the ad,it was dark, and it looked like it had a lot of the strawberry puree.The one two I bought today were so light in color,just tasted watered down and no kick what what so ever....so disappointed.
