They have great food. Typically they are very friendly but there is one person there who tends to be not so much. I only went through the drive but I will say they always pull you up which I don't like and I'm not real sure as to why bc they are bringing your food out not long after asking you to pull up. I think they could work on this. But would come back.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's a good spot to work with on the front or side.

It's the Worst run burger king I've ever seen. Workers don't answer the intercom, so you have to order at the window. I'm not sure if the employees are just really high or just stupid. But you'll need to tell them your order about 3 times. Which mine was 2 whoppers and a large onion ring. After waiting ten minutes. I get 2 barely warm whoppers and a cold onion ring. This is the last time I'm eating there.

Waited 30 minutes and the drive through and still didn’t get to make an order then tried to go inside to order and they had the door locked at 3:00pm in the afternoon when I drove around they were in a group laughing and dancing

Came by on Friday at 4PM. Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes. Door locked. I guess they were closed. Pathetic service at this location all the time.

Was stuck in line for 30 minutes before anyone came on the speaker to take my order. When they did finally come on the speaker I was told “I just want to let you know it’ll be a long wait on anything you order.” I was getting food for my elderly father & that’s all he wanted so I asked how long the wait would be. They then say “I don’t even know just know it’ll be long.” Mind you, it was 8pm on a saturday night… there was no real reason why they couldn’t take orders. This place has been a mess since it opened, everyone tries to give them the benefit of the doubt but there’s never any change. The food is always a let down, the drinks are always flat and gross. Management refuses to do anything, and quite obviously the owners aren’t too worried either. We could do without them even being open if you want to be frank.

Waited in line for 4-5 min without anyone even acknowledging me, and I was the only one in line. Went somewhere else and got much higher quality food at a better value, no wait, and attentive staff.

Order water bc the drinks there are horrible...always flat. Tea is weak or old depending when u get there. Cheese never melted bc food is never hot. Of course no ice cream desserts .. machine always down. This is from 4 yrs of living across the street and wanted something tasty and always disappointed.

Our food was messed up, when we asked for it to be fixed we had “you didn’t tell me that!” yelled at us. The customer service is always very rude, and messes up the food 9 times out of 10.

Disgusting!!!. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Got a big fish sandwich. OMG. It was like a burnt hockey puck. We had to stay at a hotel in Anderson, because there is a big tree on our house, and I went to get food for my wife and I.
So sick, I also got a burger and couldn't eat it because I didn't know what they could have done by the way the fish sandwich looked like it had been sitting there all day. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Why even put shakes on your menu. I knew before I even drove thirty minutes to get here, that the shake machine would be down. By now it's just a widespread joke that you can get ice cream from burger king

Saturday sept.27th went thru drive thru the young lady on the speaker didn't let me finish my order before being cut off and given total. Then after paying she told me to pull around while food cook ok no problem . When she brought food out she was rude and shoved it to me before 9 could get it it fell on ground . She picked food up with a nasty attitude and threw in trash and walked off .I went to park and I waited for the cashier to take orders and when she saw me she then yelled for them to fix my order again . I nicely told the manager I guess that I know everyone is stressed but she shouldn't take it out on the customers and got a refund I will not be eating there again. Burger King service didn't live up to the you rule rule.Rating should be a negative 10 but only would do a 1

Im amazed by the negative reviews. I always get great food and service when I go in to eat. Dont know about drive through though.
