When I asked for ice cream nine times out of 10 they will never have it here it is very disappointing when you want ice cream you have to go somewhere else when they have ice cream on the menu I ordered a Whopper meal a medium fries and a drink and I skimmed out on the fries I paid $12 and change for this meal and I didn't get what I paid for this is pathetic this place is going downhill it is sad to see a franchise fall so down

This place is the bottom of all burger kings. If I was corporate I would shut this place down. 25 minutes so far in the drive thru lane. Mind you I’m second in line. I suppose I’m the fool for continually giving this place chance after chance. A total of 32 minutes for “fast food” and order wrong.

GM clearly never had customer service training and doesn’t even know what condiments are since he asked me , slapped some onion rings on a cheeseburger and called it a rodeo burger which it’s not , my only guess is his personal life isn’t for feeling enough that he must take it out on customers, manager in there tho some so sweet love her the male GM needs to be demoted and retrained because saying things in a rude manner doesn’t make it right having a GM talking to customers like they are children isn’t right and afterwards he sat on his phone playing games and when shown a picture of what the burger is meant to be on Burger King’s site and being told I’m still wrong it’s wild .The picture below is what I was supposed to have but not what I got . I WONT BE BACK

My wife and I bought two meals last nite 12/5/25.we paid over $ 16 dollars for two meals with coupons. My Whoper meal and her fried chicken sandwich meal hardly had any toppings on them and the taste didn't have the charbroiled tast to it. The whopper with everything on it was about 11/2 inches thick and her chicken sandwich was just a sliver of fried chicken. We will never eat at Burger King again. The food they gave us was Pig Slop.

Quite disappointed, I got my food. My daughter's missing her happy meal fries and her toy. And i'm missing all the sauces I requested and paid for. Because I don't have a car, I can't go back to burger king and I can't leave my kids here by themselves to walk it. So i'm just gonna have to report it to the main corporation also my drink tasted like carbonation not what I ordered very unhappy. I have worked for worse burger king and managed to make it one of the best so I dont see how yall cant just fix a simple order. How am I suppose to eat cheese without the marinara. Who does that?

We live 3mi from here and every single time they get our order wrong. The owner should fire everyone and start over or quit all together. This is not a fast food business. Its a slow if they even have it and still get it wrong business. After several months this is still the worst Burger King in America. The tea was sour as on they don't bother cleaning. The order was as wrong as they could make it. The way you should order is to just tell them to surprise you. That way it will be correct. The tea is just gross. This place needs to be shutdown immediately.
