I meet her with some of my church fam on Wednesday mornings. Between the "blessed burrito" and the hospitality we get from Arlene and Reba we wish we could meet here everyday. These 2 lady's should be on a teaching video for CFA employees on how to treat customers and represent CFA .. They need to be acknowledged for what they do. And John the owner is a super good guy.. I went in there about lunchtime and the food was extremely horrible not the same as it normally is got the 12 count fried meal and the chicken was hard and chewy then the fries was not even hot they was smashed together no salt just unbelievable nasty Hope this ain’t the change over or new update to recipe they about to use
Morning crew is strong and on point. Picked up large order without any issues. Excellent food as expected on time and as ordered.

I eat here a lot because I go to school near by, and for how much I come and how much I love chick fil a, they have gotten my order right maybe once or twice, every time I come something with my order is either wrong or left out

Service is just not the same. The order taker outside today had a rude attitude, didn’t read back my order, didn’t ask for sauces. When I got to the cashier, who was incredibly nice, I had to correct my order. The line took a while for only a few cars but I think there was an issue with an order ahead of me, too. Super disappointed in this location. The Midtowne Park one is much better!

I can't say enough about this Chick-fil-A, as busy as they get, I always get fast friendly and accurate service. Love taking my grandkids here to play in the playground.
It's always a pleasure to interact with the Friendly Staff Here. Never once have I encountered anyone rude, which happens way too often at other fast-food chains in the area.

I order the same thing every time, cobb salad. quality control has really gone downhill. this is the second time within a week that they didnt include the hardboiled egg and only got one measley tomato. i dont check my order before i leave but from now on I will hold up the line to make sure they made it right.
