Hate their political stances/contributions but they're basically the only fast food company left that is fully committed to making sure you get your food quickly and without any mistakes in your order. There are always tons of people working and they're almost too polite, which is a lot better than the indifference I get from so many places in town.

Went in drive thru, ordered, paid at register then pulled to the door for my food. Got my drink and was told to pull up to the line and wait for my food that would be right out. I waited 10 minutes, a manager came out with my food and a free dessert card and apologized for the wait. I denied any additional items and said I would never return due to the wait time for such a small order.
I paid for 2 orders of 4 piece chicken strips, a medium fry and medium drink.
I’ve witnessed better service at the DMV.

I've grown up on Chick-fil-A and there is no other location that ever could out match this one. Super attentive and careful service and the food came in two minutes. If you are in Anderson you have to stop here.

Asked twice for bbq sauce. At beginning of order and then at end asked him again “You did get my sauce, right?” Got all the way home and not one pack of sauce in my bag. Had to eat my 12 piece nugget dry.

Twice this week I have gone through the drive thru at Anderson Pavilion. Both times I ordered a large coke and a large UNSWEETENED tea on my way up to the hospital to sit with a sick family member. BOTH TIMES, the person who took my order repeated it correctly to me. BOTH TIMES I had SWEET tea and coke when I got to the hospital!!🫤🫤

If I could give negative stats I would. I have tried to eat there twice this week. The first time my husband got a bad nugget that was a similar texture to rubber. I went back today and the drive thru associate was horrible. She was extremely hard to understand as she had broken English. Also she could not get our order right and tried to apply rewards I didn’t want to use. I told her no multiple times. She still tried to make me use my rewards with no other options so we had to leave without our food and cancel the order because of this woman’s incompetence. Hire better people.
I just got breakfast ordered 6 chicken biscuits and 6 hash browns and a large sweet tea, it's a busy morning on highway 81/east Greenville street. But I believed and trusted that chick fil an always busts their butt to get people through. I get my food from Braden H. and I pull off realizing I forgot the tea. Not wanting to be late to work I accept the fact of no tea and I'm humble enough due to the fact that service was fast and polite always makes it enjoy and makes the small inconveniences bearable. As I'm pulling away I thought it would almost be commercial like for someone to come running to my car with the tea. And as I am about to pull out on too the road OUTSIDE THE PARKING LOT here comes Braden H. running me my tea. PLEASE LET THIS MAN AND THIS STORE KNOW HOW MUCH WE LOVE AND APPRECIATE THAT SERVICE! You wanna talking about developing a reputation and living up to it. That's it fulfilled in first person. Thank you guys and girls so much Cristy and liberty were awesome also! Great service polite and clearly go above and beyond!
