Putting one star in hopes someone in CFA management sees this. No issues with food or service in general, however it’s disturbing to see employees be outside working in 20 degree weather without proper equipment to keep them warm. Nobody had gloves on, CFA can definitely afford touchscreen gloves for their employees.
I am a faithful chick-fil-a fan. I eat there all the time. The food is always good and the employees are always friendly and respectful. This morning I stopped and bought two 12 count nugget meals and a side salad. My salad hardly had any cheese on it. Cheese DUST is more like it. I called and complained about having no cheese. The manager Apologized and had a side salad delivered to my home. This salad was almost as bad as the first salad. I spent $4.15 for a hand full of leaves, 2 grape tomatoes, and cheese dust. Never again will I ever get their side salad. I know that the cost of grocery has went up but the salad was pitiful and not worth my hard earned money. I am very disappointed with my side salad. Word of advise, don't ever get it. It is definitely a rip off! ?

Chic Fil-a is the most popular fast food restaurant in Anderson, SC. They never change the way they greet you it's always with a smile.i used my app one morning, I like the way they come up with your name, and it is always a pleasure to serve you. When you get to the main window in drive thru, I never see them miss or mess up my order. The worker is so pleasant! Great service, plus a great atmosphere, if you are going to work, you should be happy and full when u go by Chick fil-a first. do not take my word for it, ceck and see for yourself!
