We live in the area and go to Chili's often; it's my husband's favorite spot. Usually always receive great service inside the restaurant. Tonight, on his 40th birthday, we decided to stay home and order in. Huge mistake. We ordered four Triple Dippers: two that consisted of sliders, the new honey- chipotle fried mozz, and honey- chipotle chicken crispers, and the other two exactly the same but with Nashville mozz. Our sliders were so soaked in chipotle sauce, we had to toss the buns. On top of that, the meat wasn't even on the buns to begin with; it looked like the buns were put in there as bread on the side, the slider toppings scattered all over the bottom of our plates, and so much honey chipotle sauce you couldn't see the bottom of the to-go box. The food was good overall, but we couldn't eat all of what we paid almost $100 for and that was really disappointing. Whoever is preparing the to-go orders, please do it with more care and concern for your patrons. Lesson learned- never order a triple dipper to go.

We went at dinner time on a Sunday night. While the wait time was quite long for our appetizers and food, the employees expressed great generosity. Made our date night much better. Also the bbq quesadillas are really good.

The absolute most consistent thing about Anderson county is how terrible Chillis is. Absolutely terrible. You don’t get greeted within 10 minutes ever,. You can’t ever get a refill, the staff has no earthly idea how to work together. The servers complain of being sat 5 times in a row, while they’re being slow as they can. The hosts stand there and look around like “Why are you here?” This is place needs to be shut down and they should open another location elsewhere where people actually want to work, because this is NOT it! Never even ordered, sat there for 10 minutes in my servers section while she complained about being sat 4 times. It was a wrap for me. Somehow I always get talked into coming to this location by someone else and I think it’ll be better. I’ll be spending my money in a different county.

Just like all the other chili's except the food was really nasty. So salty I couldn't eat it. I complained about it and she asked if I wanted a new meal, but I was on my lunch break and didn't have time. Wasted that money and left hungry. Never going back.

Hannah was a great waitress very attentive to our needs very polite attitude always make sure we had what we needed there should be more waitresses like her it was a great experience
We visited late Saturday night after RTC and really enjoyed our visit. Our food was great and the only thing better than that was Jordan. She was a rockstar in every sense of the word!

Tonight we ordered online for pickup around 5:10 and it said it would be ready by 5:45 and it ended up being ready in 10 minutes! On a Saturday night with a Rock Music Festival in town no less. These guys get 5 stars on that alone. I got the rancher burger and it was great as well. Had to leave a review after such a positive experience

Waitress was very inattentive, took 15 minutes to even get drinks ordered. She was very quick to just walk off, without even asking if we needed anything. Food wasn’t even that good, made me and my husband sick.

Really enjoyed the guilt-free menu option! The 6oz sirloin with chimichurri sauce was flavorful and satisfying, paired perfectly with steamed broccoli. A delicious and healthy choice!
