I went one evening and I believe I saw the most unbelievable thing I’ve ever seen .. if I’m not mistaken I saw a female employee lift her shirt up and shoe show a male employee her breasts .. I can’t believe such unprofessional behavior. Do better with your employees. Disgusting 🤢. Will never eat there again .

My husband and I had the worst customer service in the drive thru today. The young lady at the window kept rolling her eyes at us with a disgusted look on her face every time we asked for anything (napkins, straw, the fries that were left out of the bag, basically everything that should have already been in there). They also had no ice and failed to mention that while we were ordering. She said they hardly ever have any ice. Weird I know. She also got pissed that we sent the coke back because she gave us diet instead of regular coke like we asked for. Terrible service

Great cookout! We came in after they were slammed after a country music festival and about 30 people came in 10 minutes before close and they served all of us. Everything was still great quality. And the staff still had a great attitude!

Cook out is always busy & I know I'll be in that drive through a *minimum* of 20 minutes, but the staff at the window are always so great! They're always super friendly & you can tell they're having fun.

Had a decent experience. Cookout is my favorite fast food and i know what to expect when i go to one. I got a big dbl tray with onion rings and chicken nuggets. I also asked for the watermelon that they use to make the shake. The watermelon was super fresh. The burger was decent, they put a lot of ketchup and mustard. The onion rings were crispy and tasted good. But the big issue for me was the chicken nuggets. I only got about three of them and they were cold and soft. Overall i would definetely come again just wouldnt get the nuggets and maybe no condiments.
Big fan of cookout and great option for reasonably priced meal. This location was the slowest I’ve ever experienced. Sat, without moving, in drive through for more than 10 minutes.

Usually I have a pretty good time at this one, good food and good people. However the night shift cook crew needs to be more conscious of thwir cooking cause the food is sub par at best. Like tonight was one of the worst ones. Got a plate and only 2 nugs (usually there's 3 as a side) and the corndog was...well atrocious. Inedible. Come on guys. Do better :/
