It was Cracker Barrel and therefor predictable. Not well-located for me but handy to the freeway. Service was a little slow but pleasant. Dinner was chicken and rice and very good. Red wine was served chiiled in a frosted glass... Reasonable price.

I was boycotting Cracker Barrel when I found how deeply they were entrenched in and pushing DEI and remodeling their stores, but I believe in Grace and forgiveness, so I went Sunday to the Anderson location. The service was great and so was the food. I'm glad they changed paths!

Granted they were packed, got seated quickly, went ahead and placed our order when the waitress asked what we wanted to drink. A big mixup on the order. Said we got 3 sides, which we ordered. 30 minutes later our food arrived and there was only 2 sides. Then she stated that it only came with 2 sides which was not what she said. I told her that was not what she told us. She stated she would get us the other sides and add it to our order. Ummmm no. Then we didn’t get the cornbread and biscuits until we were almost done so I asked for a to go box for that. It was not a pleasant experience. It is hit or miss at this location as to whether or not they get your order right. Oh and we had to ask for more silverware became what was given us was dirty.

We were seated immediately, and our waitress Susan was great. My sister and I had a bloody Mary which was awesome, and it came out so fast. We put our order in when we put our drink order in and it came out pretty quick. The food was AMAZING as always. I love going to Cracker Barrel and go every chance I get...

I was disappointed in the food. Our favorite hashbrown casserole was inedible as was the pinto beans. The Friday fish was very greasy, not at all what we are accustomed to. There is no nostalgia in the be decor. Want be going back. Can’t afford to spend money on food we cannot eat and enjoy. The waitress was great but that’s the only good thing I saw.

Absolutely the most disgusting and unprofessional restaurant experience I’ve ever had. My order was leaking, missing items, and full of mistakes. The manager refused to refund me, gave me attitude, and the “remade” food was STILL wrong — and even had a foreign object in it. The staff ignored me, treated me rudely in front of my kids, and made it clear they didn’t care at all about customers. This location is a disgrace to the Cracker Barrel name — filthy, careless, and run by people who shouldn’t be in customer service. Avoid this place at all costs.

No chicken in the chicken’n dumplins, maybe one small piece. Mashed taters were dry and hard. Also, cornbread was like rock. Couldn’t eat. Talatha and Susan are golden help. Very nice.

Food was great! My server was very rude and unpleasant. He may want to find a different industry to work in. Customer Service is not his gift!

I took the family one last time before the change is to take place. I say one last time because we have eatten in one of the new ones. Something is definitely going on at cracker barrel. We asked for a couple of servings of corn bread at the beginning of the meal and was told they were out of them. As I'm asking for the check to leave the waiter brings a basket full of corn bread and just walks away. We all looked at each other like we don't really need them now. We're leaving. I am sorry to see the cracker barrel that I used to go to as a child being run like this. I guess all good things come to an end at some point.
