This place is overpriced.. I got a vegan with bananas and strawberries they charged me $1 for one half of a strawberry. They only put a banana on there that was 1 inch in diameter. Needless to say I will not be back to this place....

And then they respond to my review with - thanks for visiting. Not I am sorry for your experience, no we will make this right please come back. No... thank you for taking my money and giving me and giving me nothing in return but an overpriced ice cream with two pieces of fruit that you can put in a tablespoon. this place is a rip-off don't waste your money going to this place buyer beware....

Was visiting from out of state with my family and wanted something different. The options were endless. Great place for even those picky eaters of ice cream. Greatly priced would definitely go back when in the area.

Super nice staff and great ice cream!!! I cannot believe it has been here for 2.5 years and we never knew about the place. Glad that we finally found it. We will be back!!!

Went there at 7:30 pm on Sunday running , they closed an hour before their normal hours . There was 4 employees standing in the store eating ice cream and telling us we are closed !!!!! Never going again

Stopped by today our first time. Strawvana was delicious and my son got fruity flow . Great customer service and delicious ice cream. We will be back.

I’m pretty disappointed tonight, Feb 22, 2025. Our family was celebrating our boys making and performing in the SC high school upstate region bands. The concerts were at AU so we went to eat downtown. Then we realized we could make it by 9 pm to Creamland if we ran. We ran 6 blocks and got there just before 9 pm. The doors and the sign still said open and it wasn’t yet 9 pm. Despite telling the two employees inside that we had just run to get there in time the refused to serve us. We are quite disappointed tonight.

Definitely try the deep dish apple pie ice cream! 10 out of 10!! 🍦

Came in last Saturday night at 9:20 (they close at 10) to order two desserts. Met at the door by an employee full of attitude. I asked “are you still open is it okay to come in?” “I guess” Entire staff seemed annoyed and were cleaning up like it was time to shut down (except the girl taking the order). I wasn’t planning on sitting in there, taking it to go. Probably would’ve gotten a milkshake but I didn’t want to annoy anyone further by making the employees have to clean that machine. Keep the attitude, I won’t be back. Does anyone have good service anymore?
