Creamland Rolled Ice Cream and Desserts

If you want a different kind of treat, I highly suggest Creamland rolled ice cream in Anderson. Their employees Justin and Brenden were so sweet when they came out to play football with the kids so we went in to try it. It was delicious and everyone in there was kind. We got pizza at Magnetic South next door, played in the grassy area in the middle, and then got ice cream.

Amanda and Bri took great care of us. The ice cream was delicious!!! Awesome place!

Tried the PB&J rolled icecream whi ch was great! My wife built her own custom dish with caramel, cookie dough, and cookie pieces. A nice Summer treat on a warm day. Street parking nearby to walk up to the entrance.

First time we tried to go we were there 20 minutes before closing and they said they weren't taking orders. This time we went there after my birthday dinner on 8/15/25. We were the only ones in line and ordered two adult size ice creams mine with no whipped cream which was repeated back to me and two kids size. While ordering the young lady taking the order and the young gentleman working were also chatting about other things which is fine to an extent. After our order was placed they continued to stand there and talk also talking to another young customer at the counter who what had her order made while we stood there waiting for them to start our order. That is fine again to an extent but it took what seemed like a long time to start the order. However their topic of conversation isn't something to talk in front of customers. Talking about how they needed to hire people. One saying they were only there for money. How they will probably stay there for awhile but won't like it. Multiple other things that imply it's not a good place to work.
While my ice cream was being made I noticed it was a kids size and asked if it was rung up wrong or made wrong and the person that took the order said she thought we wanted 3 kids even though when I ordered the 2 kids sizes I specifically said kids and she asked if I wanted the others adult size. I let it go because she said she rang me up for 3 kids so I at least didn't pay for an adult and get a kids. Then when I get my ice cream it has whipped cream on it. Even though it said no whipped cream on the ticket. The manager offered to remake it but again I tried to show Grace and said it was fine but I let the manager at the time know the reason why it was probably messed up and the wrong size was because of all the talking about everything else other than work. I go to sit and eat my ice cream and I take a bite and notice it has a hair in it. So I'm done. I ask for a refund. The manager was really great and gave me a refund and guess what when they looked at my actual order they did in fact charge me for an adult size. Needless to say I won't go back. I gave 3 stars because they made the others right and the kids liked them and the manager was apologetic and said she told them not to do things like that and customers notice things like that. The manager was very nice but the other staff need to be trained on customer service and etiquette. They are young and still learning.

I love this place and so does my son! Everyone is so nice and their ice cream is very good!!!

The best ice cream I have ever had. Everyone was very friendly and the place was spotless. It is nice to see when people take pride in their business.

This place is overpriced.. I got a vegan with bananas and strawberries they charged me $1 for one half of a strawberry. They only put a banana on there that was 1 inch in diameter. Needless to say I will not be back to this place....

And then they respond to my review with - thanks for visiting. Not I am sorry for your experience, no we will make this right please come back. No... thank you for taking my money and giving me and giving me nothing in return but an overpriced ice cream with two pieces of fruit that you can put in a tablespoon. this place is a rip-off don't waste your money going to this place buyer beware....

Was visiting from out of state with my family and wanted something different. The options were endless. Great place for even those picky eaters of ice cream. Greatly priced would definitely go back when in the area.

Super nice staff and great ice cream!!! I cannot believe it has been here for 2.5 years and we never knew about the place. Glad that we finally found it. We will be back!!!
