Went on a Sunday. Collar greens were salty to the point that we could not eat them, the ribs were over cooked and dry. I do not recommend ar all.

We spent $60 on supper here and most of it went in the trash. Brisket was a grey mystery meat. Mustard sauce tasted like vinegar and spices and was runny. Sweet potatoes tasted like canned yams. Chicken was extremely dry. Marked off the list of places to eat in Anderson.

Overall don’t recommend. The food flavor is OK at best, salty, and does not taste fresh. The waitstaff was really friendly but the manager was a real piece of work. I overheard her yelling at an employee and it really made me sick to my stomach. The atmosphere was nice until I saw a roach in the bathroom, and a dead roach on my way out the front door. 🤮

Worse BBQ and Ribs I have ever ate. We order the 4 meat plate to split between 3 people. We did not eat but a fork or 2 of the BBQ. We could not even eat the ribs. Not sure what type of rib was served but they were so tough we could not eat them. The sides we ok. Fries (can’t mess up) Brunswick stew (was ok but seems like they ran it through a blender before serving) macaroni and cheese was ok at best. My son got the Pork Sandwich basket with fries and a side of macaroni and cheese he took one bite of his sandwich and side it was nasty. He ate his fries. The lady serving us was great but the food was horrible. Worse $75 I have spent on food. I did leave a $15 tip because he service was good. Oh I forgot the fried pickles were good.

The food is horrid and the place is covered in cockroaches. The lady is rude to her employees. DhEC and a lawyer really needs to be called. Recommend Fork Grove BBQ. They have the absolute best bbq i have ever had. The owner and ALL employees are crazy nice, and the place is spotless. Don't pay for a mess, go to the best.

If I could give this place 0 stars, you know I would. Used to love this place. It’s unfortunate that there are bugs all over the establishment and that the food sits outside. Also, the owner, Tandy, is horrible to her employees and tells them that they will never amount to anything, that they’ll never exceed, and makes assumptions about how they will live their lives. I hope that nobody supports this sorry excuse of an establishment.
