This is the last time I'll go here, they gave me a pizza with soggy peperoni under the cheese. The blue haired teenager who let's people order at the window and will make there entire order while a line forms behind them should really start sending people to the parking spots, but seeing as this isn't the first time I've seen this it won't be the last. They need to either get new staff or have a manger that will train them because the pizza isn't bad normally it's just no supervision

Been a loyal customer to domino's for years. They were offering an online deal for 2 items or more all priced at 6.99. The order automatically rang up full price at 47.90 for 4 items instead of 27.96. Upon arriving, this location refused to honor the online deal. Hope domino's changes the management here. The Piedmont location previously honored the online deal despite billing issues. We will never come to this place again. Someone previously mentioned workers not taking call ins so it definitely seems like this location is screwing customers out of money

Manager is fantastic. I ran into an issue where there was a discretion between what I was shown on the app and what they received, they worked with me to find a solution and all in all had great customer service. Definitely recommend this location as their food and customer service is great

Used coupon and it doubled my order. Staff isn’t allowed to take orders over the phone and cart doesn’t work for editing just check out. We”ll stay with papa John’s. Treat your customers better, you can probably start by treating your employees better. That’s typically the root problem of any company that sucks. I wanted 2 $6.99 medium pizzas it’s saying the bill will be $67. And no it won’t allow me to edit my order. I’ve never worked for dominos, but I feel sorry for the people who do! I have no doubt they suffer furious customers ALL THE TIME and there’s nothing they can do about it. Take a call or fix your order process. This is NOT an area problem it’s a corporate problem! Been in hospitality with major hotel brands my entire career, your VPs need to be replaced!

Pizza not topped right and it’s 1/2 baked. Medium pan pizza. Not sure what the problem Is but 1 out of 4 orders might be right. I worked at Dominos in the 90’s. Never has been the same. They didn’t even slice it right. Why service the damn thing to a customer?!

Every time we come here it’s always awful. Ordered online and every time they never pay attention to the window. Why even have a window if you’re going to ignore it? I went inside after sitting there for 10 min and the guy made eye contact with me and didn't say hey, how are you, not even a f you just yelled to the back “I thought you locked the door?!” Ignored me for a good three minutes and then finally asked “what’s the name” I told him my name and he just looked pissed off to say the least.

One of the best pizza places in town! The owner is friendly, professional and accommodating. The staff are great too. I Ordered 11 Large pizzas for a party and they were all made correctly and were delivered right on time. The delivery driver was super nice and helpful.
I gotta say this domino's rocks it's better than the 1 back home in Atlanta. at least this domino's has drivers. The 1 in Atlanta has zero drivers. All in all if you want pizza get it from the 1 in Anderson on main street you guys rock

My daughter ordered 2 pizzas and 3 garlic sauces. Her order was $60 and when she got her pizza all it had on it was olives and cheese. It was so gross and she didn’t get her garlic sauces. I will never eat at Dominos again, I am so sick of them not getting the orders right
