If I could give zero Stars I definitely would. I ordered my food an hour and a half ago online and I still haven't gotten it. I've called the store twice and they told me that the times on the app are never right which doesn't make sense to me because if they're never right then why even have them. And I was told that they don't offer discounts for the food sake and so long because they have heaters and stuff in their vehicles but my thing is I like my food fresh not under heaters for long periods of time because it messes with the quality and taste of the food. This store needs to do better with delivery times.

Recently ordered from Domino's on Shockley ferry road and had the worst experience that I have ever experienced ordering food from Domino's! We ordered three pasta bowls that were overcooked and hardly any food in them, we ordered a toasted oven sub that was hard as a brick and had none of the advertise ingredients that were on their website. Was given cheese bread that was flat and burnt and just horrible food. When calling back to the store to complain about our order, we were met with very rude employee who stated that they're not going to do this to satisfy our dissatisfaction with the food and the presentation of our food. We were met blatant disrespect and was hung up on by the employee working at that time. When ordering this food we were under the impression that we were getting at least a decent meal and wound up with a very burnt and very non-presentable meal. All of the food was just horrible, I think there needs to be some better management at this location on Shockley ferry road in Anderson South Carolina. Not very professional of the worker to hang up on a customer and not at least try to make amends to a horrible situation. I would not recommend this location and would highly recommend eating somewhere else.

My pizza smells like moth balls idk if it's delivery person car or the restaurant. Manager didn't care and wasn't any help. I eat here a lot but doubt if I will again.

Been patronizing this store since it's opening. An amazing friendly crew. Makes some of the best looking pizzas I've ever eaten. The new stuffed crusts are excellent, I'm addicted.
