The soup of the day, Cream of Mushroom, was so thick that my spoon would not sink, more like a paste than a liquid, creamy soup. Also the bacon in my club sandwich was old enough and hard enough to hurt teeth. The plain bread was not toasted.

If I could give it a ZERO, I would. We debated leaving several times because the place felt dirty, and I wish I had listened to my intuition. From the moment the appetizers arrived, I knew I wouldn’t be ordering much more. The food tasted musty, matching the atmosphere of the restaurant, and the drinks were terrible, like they used bad alcohol. To make matters worse, we all felt sick afterward, and my daughter’s boyfriend ended up throwing up all night! Terrible place!!!

Wow the food here is so good. My wife and I went here for our anniversary. We started things off with the pimiento cheese crab dip. It was so creamy, cheesy, crabby goodness. I had a cup of the She Crab soup and it was as good as being in the low country. My BBQ Chicken Stack was absolutely delicious. My wife had the sirloin steak and she loved it. We will be going back.

The service was amazing. The place was a little dark and didn't appear clean for only being a Monday afternoon. The food portions were really nice. I would recommend to try the restaurant. They have a unique twist to the taste of their food. Which in my opinion will effect your taste buds on the deliciousness of it. My brother and I both were not overly enthusiastic about it but didn't hate the flavor either.

Doolittle's is located in downtown Anderson. It is a quaint little place. The staff is friendly, and the server did an excellent job taking care of us. Great atmosphere with live music on a Saturday night.

Great place for an American food choices. Nice atmosphere. The burger was delicious, cooked correctly. The ceaser salad was made with kale, which was pleasantly refreshing. The shrimp and grits are a must!!!! Best grits anywhere!! I mean anywhere.

My friend and I came to this place and it was more than amazing. Starting from when we walked in all the way till we departed the vibe was amazing. I came in announcing to the server that it was my birthday. She took care of me and also the guests that was already there took care of me. A lady and her friends gave me money and also a song Happy Birthday. 💕 I still can taste the food it was more than good. Thank you Doolittle's it was worth every moment.

We've eaten at Doolittles many times and I've given great ratings but this time was different. We were seated on the rear, 1st booth past the door outside. The A/C was blowing so hard @ our table the ceiling lights were swinging & it was Cold. We told our Server & all she said was it would go off soon (and come back on). Not a pleasant experience & no offer to move us. We will never sit @ that booth again. Disappointed....should have insisted we be moved, leason learned.

Service was great! Crystal was very attentive and an absolute delight. Great food with plenty of tasty options. From appetizers to desserts. We had the buffalo thighs, pimento cheese and crab dip, salad, fries, and chocolate cake! It’s a cute place too. I really like the lights on the ceiling. It just needs to be updated a bit.
