This review is only about the coffee. I've stopped at this location a few times over the last few months. I always order a small hot coffee, 1 cream, 1 sugar. Every time, the coffee is watered down. I expect the in-store coffee to taste the same as a dunkin donuts k-cup. It just tastes like hot water with cream and sugar. I tried to call the corporate feedback number and waited on hold for 15 minutes, then they hung up on me. So here I am providing a review on google.

They messed up both of my drinks and put my frosted doughnut in the bag upside down so when I got it out it had no frosting left

Was going here pretty regularly. Seems like the more money I spend, the worse the quality. Ordered peppered bacon, was given burnt bacon in a wad. Online ordering never updates to order all my items.

Every time I come here anyone who’s at the window has a terrible attitude. And how could you not know the menu if you’re doing drive thru orders. I don’t understand how someone can hate their job that much but still stay there. Now the food is always good, I’ve never had bad food from here, just bad experiences from bad service.

Dark roast coffee - very stale, absolutely awful, not DD standards
Bagel - asked for extra toasted, barely warm
Drive through taker didn’t seem particularly interested in being here.
Really bad experience, expect more from DD
My husband and I went in this location and they two workers was so nice and kind and very cheerful. Lexi was amazing and so was the sweet girl working with her tonight (4-15-25)
After receiving burnt food I returned to the window, waited, knocked, and blew the horn. No one came to the window after 7 minutes I drive around and went to the speaker and explained that my food was burnt and that i’d like a refund. The girl requested the food back and when I handed her the drink as well she asked did I not want the drink. ( I purchased the meal deal, if you’re going to take the food why not take the drink?) She gave me my refund and did not refund the correct amount my total was $6.98 she only refunded $6.54). Seems like they are consistent with burning food.
The one on Greenville St wasn't as good as the one on main St IMO. They didn't hardly have ANY doughnuts (@11:40am) & it was just not a good experience. I definitely recommend the one on main St because they're AWESOME! 😀

This is just a complaint about a worker actually. Just went through the drive thru and got a lava cake signature latte (gotten many times before) and it’s undrinkable, and that’s fine! I don’t mind driving back around and figuring out the production problem so I can have the drink I ordered, but when I came back around the girl through the speaker was extremely rude! I was trying to figure out what was happening and she proceeded to explain my options as if I was the dumbest person to walk the earth with a stern tone. She talked to me like how you talk to a baby that’s in trouble, or someone you’re actively bullying. I really hope she doesn’t pursue anything to do with customer service. Disgusting.
Always good coffee. They have a new almond croissant that was really yummy!
Went through drive thru and the cashiers nails were dirty, To be in fast food and to have dirty nails is diabolical. I will not be back
I ordered a iced coffee with two cream and two sugar and after I left I took a sip and sucked up a bunch of granulated sugar. If you have common sense you would know that granulated sugar will not melt in iced coffee so that was a waste of money this morning
The store manager at this location is always fussing about something. One minute you can make customizations to your drink the next “nope, we can’t charge for that” it’s never that serious. Went to Dunkin in Greenville/Powdersville no issues. Dunkin is never consistent so when I do go it’s strictly for a seasonal beverage otherwise I go elsewhere. Being independently owned is why they do half of what they do. They don’t care about the customer experience whatsoever.
