I go to this Dunkin once in a while.I like the other one a million times better on 81
But had to do something across the street so decided to get coffee from there. Im not one to complain. Got my coffee and the young man asked me if I wanted my change back. He asked me if I wanted my bills back or just my change back.Or all of it back. I'm like I want my change back , please. As.
He walked to the cash register.He was mumbling something got my change and slammed the drawer. That's why i'm writing a review. Because.
He slammed the door. My son is eighteen years old and he works at wendy's. They all get paid about the same Dunkin'.Donuts wendy's all of these fast food places. My son makes your hamburgers.He takes your money. He does not expect a tip! If they were working in a restaurant making 2 to $5 an hour plus tips.Of course I would tip!
This is the 2nd time this kid asked me. It's just not appropriate. The staff at wendy's does not get tipped.
Employees are the worst ones in the area. Will ignore someone standing at the counter and continue to have their chat. They use the kiosk as a way to not interact with the customer to the extreme. Zero communication is their goal. Pathetic. Owner should be ashamed of his employees.

Didn’t find the negative reviews to be true of this spot today. I needed a caffeine/sugar boost and WIFI for a work meeting and this spot met my needs. Tough place to get to with traffic patterns, doughnut selection was good for midmorning, coffee was fresh, and staff was attentive and kind. Typical DD with a few tables and chairs, but can’t give it a negative review today. Thanks to the crew!

Been going to this Dunkin for almost 8 years and in the last 6 months the drinks come out differently every time. It’s like there’s no training going on whatsoever. As a long time customer I’m over spending $14 for my order and getting my coffee that tastes like mop water and my food is tossed in a microwave and half the time it’s cold. Just hope they get this fixed before they lose too much business

I ordered 60 munchkins for my daughter’s 16th birthday. I preordered them 24hrs in advance to be sure we had them. When I got there for pick up I was told that there was no munchkins available, but they would give me a dozen donuts (plus a few) instead. I really appreciate them trying to make it right, however my daughter specifically asked for munchkins and that’s what we were counting on.
I usually srop by in late afternoon or early evening for an espresso. They are always out of my favorite doughnuts. The coffee is delicious, better than Starbucks. I haven't been inside. Just the drive thru

How difficult is it to mess up a breakfast wrap order?? Ordered the $5.00 meal deal and specifically ordered bacon, NOT sausage. They gave me the sausage wraps. Cannot eat sausage. Didn’t realize until I was home. What a waste. Learn to listen!!

Horrible experience!!!!!! I ordered a Medium Caramel Craze Iced Latte. My drink had no coffee mixture in it. The manager was rude refused to give me a refund and after arguing with me about the drink in the drive thru for about 5 min he offered to make me another drink which I refused because I no longer trust him due to they way he talked to me. Very unprofessional! He called the cops on me, yes I said called the cops..... as if I was being hostile, the cops did nothing and I left with no drink or refund. Contacting Corporate!
They never greet me when I come in and I've been in several times.

It was a .....ok experience!!! Customer service was not great at all. The guy who came to drive though said maybe 3 words . No thank or you no nothing. The frappe was great though.
