This is By Far the best Dunkin that I have ever been to. Always going above and beyond, especially for their Regular Customers. If I could, I would give them a 10!!!!

Wish I can give no stars. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GOD AWFUL FOOD! All of the staff was extremely rude and mocked me. All the staff should be fired! Pure laziness.

Unfortunately there isn’t a -1 for customer service. Management is ok with bad customer service. They’ve known about the issue and have only gotten worse.

Got to the drive thru at 5:15am. Place barely looked open. One car at the window. Employee comes in over the speaker:”what can I get for you..” no good morning, no welcome to dunkin. Coffee was bitter and tasted terrible. I understand it’s early, and you’re at work. I’m headed to work as well. I suggest putting someone with a better attitude at the drive thru.

I have been to this location on many many occasions and have really never had an issue with my drink except for yesterday 11/2/24 and one time before and I’m pretty sure it was the same girl who took my order and made my drink both times. I always get a large iced coffee with hazelnut vanilla bean cream and sugar. Well both times I got it my drink looked like it had no coffee in it. Both times were ordered in the drive thru so the first time I asked if they could remake it bc when I pay over $4 for a coffee I expect it to be made and taste right. The girl had attitude that day as well as yesterday. But yesterday instead of asking for it to be remade in the drive thru I went inside. When I told the girl my drink was mainly creamer she huffed made me another one and then set it down with attitude on the counter. Never said a word or apologized or anything. So I tasted it right then and was like what in the world. She looked at me and said “what? It don’t taste right” again with attitude. So I looked at her and told her it was fine I’d just add some of my cream from the first drink to it myself and she just looked at me and continued doing what she was doing like I didn’t matter. So that is what I did right in front of the store and took pics to post in my review. Needless to say I will NOT go back to this location.

Terrible experience! I’ve never ever been to a Dunkin that had the rudest employee working the window. I’m a regular Dunkin customer who will google a location no matter where I travel. I’m shocked at how rude she was. My drink was nothing like I requested. I took one sip and couldn’t take another one. I went to the same Dunkin lastnight at 7 pm which was closed on a Friday evening so I should have known better than to go back. Her name is Stephanie. She hates her job and customers!

Customer service could be better. No one acknowledges you when you are waiting. Inventory of food doesn't seem to be a goal bc they are always out of something. Overly priced for quality of food

6:30 in the afternoon on Tuesday, August 27, I went into this place to look for something to drink, there were 4 employees in the store, I stood for approximately 7 minutes waiting to be attended to and it never happened, these people were not doing anything regarding their main task of serving people or preparing any order

Do NOT order on doordash if you want something specific! I ordered a variety dozen and specifically requested vanilla creme and jelly. $24 later I got a box with a absolutely nothing I ordered in it. Doordash only refunded $8 and I still don’t have what I needed!! I was not contacted by the store and told they were out and seen if I wanted something different. I am so aggravated!

Went there during lunch, only to go in and them say they can't serve me because the resister is not in function. However, the register for the drive through was working. All I wanted was a croissant.I guess they need a college degree to know how to walk over and ring it up on a different register which they couldn't handle. They should close up the place. There is always something going wrong at the n.main st Anderson SC location. So glad they opened the one on Greenville street Anderson SC. We'll just have to drive a extra miles to get better service.
