Went way down. This place use to be so good. Food is not really that good. Just my personal opinion.

Came in to an empty restaurant and had to wait 20 mins. They busted out 2 if not 3 tables while we waited and still never seated anyone. Had another couple come in and leave and the couple waiting with us got up and left. You cannot run and establishment when you have an empty restaurant because you can't hire good help.

The food and the service were good, although I think we both got the wrong items. I ordered a double burger and got a single. But it came with a dessert for $10 so it was fine. My husband ordered a salad that he thought came with some veggies, but didn't, only lettuce. But he said it tasted good. The reason for only 3 stars is because the restroom smelled soooo disgusting I could hardly breathe in there! Reminded me of the restroom at a zoo.... Plus, I didn't notice until I was finished using the restroom, but there were certain tiles moved above the toilet, which was very unnerving, someone could be looking did at you while you're using the restroom. Came here because every other place was packed. Service not the best. Breading fell off the pork chops as soon as I touched them. Broccoli casserole was terrible. Sawmill gravy was good. Likely won't be back.

Food was not great! Potato soup was obviously not from scratch and cold! The chili was cold and did not come with fixing! The chicken was ok - rolls good! Wait staff and staff in general was the only redeeming quality of this stop! Also rest rooms were down right gross.. cleaning fluid smell horrible and grime on bars floor etc worse than a bad truck stop! I'm Surprised they are open! Also out of a lot of fresh food! Scary place to stop! Feel bad for staff! They are not set up for success!

The greeter at the door never said hello, or welcome, or anything friendly, it was only "how many?". He never smiled. This should have been our first clue to turn around. However, our waitress was super friendly and did a great job. My soup was lukewarm at best and the rest of our food was average, the cheese grits were lumpy. The bathroom was nasty- sticky floor, holes in the ceiling tiles and it smelled like raw sewage. When I was coming back from the restroom that's when I noticed the overall dirtiness of the restaurant. There was missing carpet, the file floor was originally red(you could see it in the corners) but it was so nasty that it was black. Will not go back there. I really think the waitress and the manager were doing the best they could but this place needs to be closed and cleaned.

The food at this location was delicious. It was brought out in a timely manner. The waiter was nice, I ordered a Cat 5 drink that had me handing over my keys lol. It's so hard to find a great place to eat. We will definitely be going back to this location again.

We walked in tonight after the Clemson game. First we witnessed a group almost get turned away by the hostess because “nobody wanted to take them”. Once the manager got involved, she sat the table herself and began to serve the group herself. This should’ve been our first clue. We sat down and waited a good 10-15 minutes and was never even greeted by a server. We left and were properly served at Outback down the street!

We just left this restaraunt. We got seated and literally 15 minutes after being seated, I went toward the back to find someone to take our drink order. We ordered 4 waters, 2 teas, and a southern sangria. We got 4 waters and waited another 15 minutes to get our tea and sangria. No one came back. So, in 30 minutes we got 4 waters. We decided to leave and the place was not busy at all. Will not be back and our observations were this place is extremely poorly managed. Off to Outback Steakhouse now...

I used to like Fatz but the last few times I went including today, the service and food were awful. No hostess at the front when we walked in. Took forever for our food to come and the table next to ours also had an issue with their orders. When our food came out, portion was not as big as it once was, and food was very salty and just not good. Server told me they were still cooking my side order of fries and they never even came. Server never even refilled our drinks. Left very unsatisfied and will not be back any time soon.
