The food was good. One of the guys bringing out food couldn't keep his pants up. Every time he brought something out and put it down on a table, he had to run his hand down his backside and pull his pants up. Not only was his droopy pants and underwear unpleasant to see but I question the cleanliness of his hands because he didn't have time to wash them between dishes he was bringing out. I'm done with Fazoli's.

An alternative to The Olive Garden menu. Italian pasta and pizzas are available. We really enjoyed the garlic bread sticks. The garlic sticks were a good portional servings.

Had lunch here today and the place was very clean. The lady at the register was super nice and helpful. The food was awesome! The price wasn't bad and the portions were decent too. We will absolutely be back again really soon.

Very nice staff! The cashiers name was Michael Skelton. He was very helpful. This was my first visit. Also I didn’t catch his name but an African-American man walked through to ask us if we were happy with everything. He took our empty dishes for us also.
My friend Tammy and I came today for our lunch at 11:30 am. Will definitely be back. Also prices were pretty reasonable. But staff will be the reason I return.

I was so excited when Fazoli's returned to our area-this was a favorite from my childhood. Now, as an adult with limited food options, Fazoli's had become one of the few fast food places I could count on when I didn't feel well enough to cook. But after multiple disappointing orders, I can not keep paying for food that does not meet even basic expectations. This time my chicken carbonara was missing chicken and had only 2 pitiful pieces of broccoli. The bread sticks were soggy and greasy. The salad was brown and wilted, totally inedible. Please do better!
