Always closed when we try to visit. Downtown ice cream closed on Friday and Saturday nights. Luckily for us another shop has moved in downtown for prime time. How can you be downtown and not open on Friday night and Saturday night just blows my mind. Other place is going to eat their lunch and rightfully so.

I’ve had no issues until today when my boyfriend was given a chocolate peanut butter milkshake when he ordered chocolate. This wouldn’t matter… if he wasn’t allergic to peanuts. That’s a serious mistake — please be careful.

Usually I've had a good experience here but a word of advice; if you go there just to walk in and pick up a few items check to see if there's any adults on site to check you out at the register first. Walked in to get a couple of items and there were 2 kids working in the "kitchen/register" area. I put my items on the counter and noticed they were very involved in taking selfies instead of ringing me up. I walked around to see if anyone else was available to ring up my order. Frustrated I went back to the counter and the two were still fully involved on their selfie picture or social media accounts... I had to interrupt them and ask if there were available to help me. They both looked at me a bit confused and finally came over to ring me up. Honestly I should've just left the items on the counter and left. So word to the wise be prepared to break up a selfie social media moment to get any help. Hopefully this doesn't happen often but unfortunately was my recent experience there!

We have only tried their ice cream and coffee here. All the flavors of ice cream that we have tried have been delicious as were their milkshakes. I tried a gingerbread chai during the Christmas parade and it was very good. The people that work there are all very nice.
