The flavor of these subs is always on par. However, I am growing very tired of receiving soggy sandwiches. Sandwiches so soggy that when you put pressure on them while picking them up, they wring it out liquid. So soggy the sub never can stay together while eating. Bread always falling apart. On top of that, ordering garlic bread that only has butter and seasoning on 1/5 of the bread. Also, my Philly was 1 part meat to 5 part onion. Please take time to quality check these sandwiches to avoid these disappointments. And please put napkins in the bag oh my goodness just put them in there

1 star for allergy purposes- If you have celiac prob not a great place to go. I didn't order just asked questions, and I can only assume the guy who chimed in must have been a manager since I wasn't even initially talking to him. The meat and steaming process is likely safe. When asking about whether getting tomatoes, lettuce and condiments from a back area that hadn't been touched was possible, I was informed no. Je stated they offered gluten free bread, but can't offer an actual gluten free experience, and they couldn't get items from the back to ensure no cross contamination despite my request. Cashiers were super nice, whoever the guy chiming in was, was the opposite. If businesses want to increase business a simple safe process for allergy needs would go a long way.

Ordered two large subs on their website and they were loaded. Ended up being about $20 which wasn’t too bad.

This Firehouse Consistently Messes up To-go orders and forgets to put half of the order in the bag.

My husband and I ate there last night (12/5/25.. i got the hook and ladder and the it was not hot it was cold. The bread wasn’t even toasted and the meat was luke warm. The bad part is they weren’t even that busy. Highly disappointed and one of the worst experience we’ve had in a long time

I tried the new fries and hero sauce and they were absolutely delicious. The employees were kind too. Great service overall!

I ordered off of the website not through uber eats but I ordered delivery. Well one of my sandwiches had no cheese and it was supposed to be extra cheese and one of the sides for my combo did not come and all of the drinks were hot! On top of all of that I can’t get anyone on the phone! Not a manager, not a Togo person, no one!! This was the firsts time in a long time that I have eaten at firehouse but they must not care about their customers or they would get their customers or they would try to get the order correct! Not happy at all! The fact that I can’t get anyone on the phone says a lot about how they do business. Lunchtime=fail
