Do t give these people your money...So the last 2 times I went in it has been a bad experience. There was a fight amongst the staff about a month ago while I was there.. today though.... the chubby bald man running the register was crazy... needs to be fired... never been treated so rude in my entire life.. the greeting was... "what do you want?" Then when I asked him if there was a way I could tell in store how many points I had.. he snapped at me.. ok.. no prob...then when I tried to order a snacker blt he snapped again... "on your phone... on your phone"...sorry I left my phone at home.... but.... so I can't order a blt at all???? Sorry I called it a snacker... I just left.. I went to jersey mikes instead and was greeted with a smile.. I won't give this place anymore business... sorry no more catering for my business... the owner lost a lot of biz... it's been going downhill anyway for a while...

The steak cheese sandwich was not prepared with all the ingredients. Since I got take out, I didn't know until I arrived home. I am extremely disappointed. This was not a special order. People too busy talking to each other instead of paying attention to the customer placing the order. It was not busy at the time I placed my order!

Tried using rewards on app and it took points off and wanted me to pay full price. Went inside and tried with phone number, it did the same thing. Said I had to make a purchase to redeem rewards. So I bought a $1.49 bag of chips. It charged me $3.03 with tax. They lost my order. 40 minutes later, I got lunch. Had to ask for my chips they left out of my bag. Last time there, ever!

My family and I came in for lunch on Sunday. We were promptly waited on and served our food. However during the course of our lunch a female team member that I would assume was the manager on duty by the way she spoke to other staff, starting arguing with a male employee about hours. The gentleman kept trying to stop the conversation and she kept getting louder and louder. After several minutes I stood up and told her we were trying to enjoy our lunch. The other employees were obviously embarrassed by her actions. They seemed to be wary of speaking up to her. It was quiet for 10-15 minutes and she started again and he was still trying to stop the conversation. If this is how she treats employees then she needs a new job or needs to spend time cleaning toilets.

There was a guy behind the counter with ear buds in that seemed upset that I came in. $19 for a sandwich, chips and a drink…ok. When I went to the drink machine, nothing worked. Guy said something, came over to look at the machine, but offered no apology or to fix the situation. Sat there for about 10 minutes while 7 people stood around behind the counter. I decided to throw out my drink and just grabbed my sandwich when my name was called. Sandwich was pretty good. That’s the only positive. Service was terrible.

Hubby wanted Firehouse for lunch and I am gluten-free so I looked up the website which said they have GF bread now at all US locations. Went inside, they had it on their bread options sign at the counter, but when I asked for it, they said they don’t have it. It wasn’t a “we are out”, but “we do t have Gluten Free.” I definitely understand that not all businesses cater to those with allergen specific needs, but please don’t advertise it if you don’t carry it.
Staff was great, everyone seemed like they wanted to be there. The order wasn't correct, we chose not to address that issue because half the small sub had been eaten when I realized my husband received a hook & ladder instead of the Italian sub I ordered him. The brisket sub was really good. The hero was mediocre at best. It's the first time we have been in about 15 years and I remember it being so much better. Hands down the best customer service I've encountered in a long while.
