My family and I came in for lunch on Sunday. We were promptly waited on and served our food. However during the course of our lunch a female team member that I would assume was the manager on duty by the way she spoke to other staff, starting arguing with a male employee about hours. The gentleman kept trying to stop the conversation and she kept getting louder and louder. After several minutes I stood up and told her we were trying to enjoy our lunch. The other employees...

Staff was great, everyone seemed like they wanted to be there. The order wasn't correct, we chose not to address that issue because half the small sub had been eaten when I realized my husband received a hook & ladder instead of the Italian sub I ordered him. The brisket sub was really good. The hero was mediocre at best. It's the first time we have been in about 15 years and I remember it being so much better. Hands down the best customer service I've encountered...

Just left and the General Manager there was rude. The regular staff there knows their customers. Since he wants to be difficult for a simple order, let someone else wait on the customers. Usually its 5 stars for me.
