Our first time visiting and wanted to sample everything so we grabbed the Jethro Platter. All the meats were very moist. Plenty of smoke flavor but not overpowering and allowed the flavor of the meat to come through . Great snap to the sausage links and the sides were fantastic. We will be back and bring others with us. Everyone was very friendly. They just do it right!
We saw Gavin's post on Facebook with Dylan and everything looked so delicious that we had to stop in and try it! We drove 45mins & we were not disappointed!!!Needless to say everything was absolutely delicious! We got the cowpoke platter with brisket, smoked turkey breast, pork ribs and pulled pork. For our two sides we had the street corn salad and barbecue beans. I had to throw in a side of banana pudding as well and I am sure glad I did! That banana pudding is heaven in your mouth! It was like eating a silky banana pudding cheesecake! I highly recommend you try this place! We will definitely be back to try the burnt ends and beef ribs!
Absolutely knocked it out of the park. I had the ribs and burnt ends, both were unreal. My wife and the kids went with ribs, sweet potato crunch, potato salad, cheesy bacon hash browns, and brisket chili. Not a single miss on the table.
Hands down the best BBQ I’ve had in a long time. The crazy part? It’s right up the road from my house. Dangerous knowledge 😅 I’ll definitely be back, probably way more often than I should.

Great food, great service, great people. Taylor is always a welcoming face right when you walk in! They have the best smoked meat in the upstate. Their brisket fried rice is my go to though.

Amazing food and even better service. Always a pleasure talking to Taylor as he cuts into the juiciest meat you have ever laid eyes on. If you have never tried fork grove go check them out, not only for the food, but the service and atmosphere they provide.

We ended up here by accident. No plan. We were so glad to have been brought through their doors. It was only 6:30pm and their Specials were sold out! So, we chose the basics. The brisket was perfectly done and sliced thick. Potato salad was scrumptious, as was the stew. Side servings are their own dish at the size given. The strawberry dessert was our only disappointment. It wasn't homemade, at least it didn't seem to be. The seating is relatively comfortable and the music wasn't loud. We will be back!

Sweet people, delicious food, and authentic atmosphere make this place incredible! Genuinely the best brisket and mac and cheese I've eaten in a while. The prices are on the higher side but it is worth it! Great place. The owner is a very kind and generous man.

Everything about this place is great! It’s one of the best barbecue spots in the Upstate I’ve ever eaten at. Dylan and his team know how to make some seriously good barbecue, can say that you may leave full after eating. I always try to visit when I’m in Anderson but please try the bacon burnt ends, they are so good and melt in your mouth. The service is also really great.

I hate to give 3 stars
The ribs were of the chain, the potato salad taste store bought, not impressed with the baked beans either. No bread, no pickles, or onions offered.
I will try this again but I know not to get the sides.

Dylan and his team make excellent barbecue! They do everything with love, attention, and passion. Find me another barbecue place that does daily in-house sausage specials!
The half chicken plate is delicious and comes with two sides and is a great value for $20. The collards are amazing!
You can burn money in a barrel and go to McDonald’s or you can go to Fork Grove BBQ and get great barbecue and a support a great local business!

The first thing we saw upon entering the restaurant was their quote about “good bbq ain’t cheap and cheap bbq ain’t good”. So, we were expecting higher prices and excellent bbq. We were very disappointed with what we got. We came for the beef ribs but they were sold out. This was the first disappointing thing . Then , they no longer serve the fresh cut fries we were accustomed to when it was Sadlers Creek bbq. Second, I ordered the $12 chicken that cost $20 after the man who took my order said “ it came with 2 sides “. He didn’t say it was $4 more for each side! They no longer have the sweet bbq sauce, it was more of a vinegar base runny sauce which I didn’t care for at all! The collard greens were huge pieces instead of cut up pieces , the sweet potato crunch was dry, the smoked sausage my husband ordered was tough , the Brunswick stew was not good at all! We paid $70.50 for 2 adult plates and 1 child’s plate. The average person cannot afford these ridiculous prices . It was not the great bbq I was expecting for the expensive price . We are 1 and done .

I've only been to Fork Grove Barbeque one time, but I will return. I just had wings on this first trip and they were great. I sampled the brisket and that's what I'll get next time. What makes me want to go back is how we were treated by the staff. To say that they were kind and attentive would be an understatement. The three people I interacted with went above and far beyond my expectations for service with a smile. If you're in the area or cruising by on I-85, this is a great place to stop for BBQ and a great atmosphere.

One of the best bbq I have ever had maybe the best. Definitely the best in the Carolinas. Brisket is great and sweet potato crunch is top tier! Will definitely come back anytime time I’m in the area.
