Went on a Friday night but there wasn't a long line to order so we thought it would be quick, we were wrong. It took probably close to 45 minutes to get our order of 4 burgers. They were also out of cheddar cheese. They did refresh the toppings bar while we there which was nice. Overall the burgers were bland and not what I remember from years past. And my son had a double ordered medium and 1 patty was medium rare and the other was well done.

We were visiting from out of town and went for dinner because I remembered the chain was in Georgia a long time ago and was sooo good! Burgers and onion rings were my favorite. Ordered mushroom Swiss burger and it came without the mushrooms and onions and the Swiss cheese looked like a piece of plastic that didn't even melt. Won't be back .

I really love Fuddruckers but there is no longer one anywhere near me. So I was happy to see one while on vacation. The food was really good. There burgers were delicious. The staff was friendly enough, but I am also cutting them some slack for working on New Years eve day. The restaurant wasn't as clean looking as I would expect, but it was mainly the tables. The condiment bar was very clean and the kitchen area appeared well maintained. Would eat here again!

In the past it's been good but this time the onion rings are super salty and their ground beef must be 60/40 so they need to upgrade their ground beef

There weren't many people in here. The seating area is really large. The staff was great! The food was delicious! The sign lights outside aren't working, but trust me they're open and worth a stop for some great food!

This was the 1st time we have in a long time. The burgers were good and hot. The onion rings were very good. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome.

The only reason I gave a 4 star for atmosphere was it was very cold in the dining area. Overall it was a good experience.

A Burger Institution That Still Delivers – Fuddruckers is Fantastic!

If you love a truly great hamburger, Fuddruckers remains one of the best chains in America, and my recent visit reminded me exactly why I’ve been a fan for decades.

Founded in 1979 by Philip J. Romano in San Antonio, Texas, Fuddruckers built its reputation on a simple but revolutionary idea: serve the freshest, highest-quality burgers possible and let customers customize them exactly the way they want. From the beginning they’ve used fresh, never-frozen beef that’s ground in-house daily, baked their buns fresh on-site, and famously let you pile on toppings at the legendary “fixings bar” loaded with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, pico de gallo, cheese sauces, jalapeños, and more. They proudly advertised “World’s Greatest Hamburgers,” and for a lot of us who grew up in the ’80s and ’90s, they actually lived up to the boast.

Walking into a Fuddruckers today still feels like a throwback in the best way. The smell of freshly baked buns and seared beef hits you the moment you open the door. I ordered the classic ½-pound burger (cooked to a perfect medium) on their signature scratch-baked sesame bun, and it was juicy, flavorful, and honestly one of the best fast-casual burgers I’ve had in years. The beef tastes like real beef—not the bland, frozen pucks you get at so many places. Add in the fact that you can load it up exactly how you like at the toppings bar (I went heavy on the melted cheddar sauce, grilled onions, and pickled jalapeños), and every bite is pure satisfaction.

Beyond the iconic burgers, Fuddruckers is also known for their hand-cut fries, thick milkshakes, and surprisingly good grilled chicken and veggie options. The restaurant stays family-friendly with a casual vibe, and many locations still have that classic butcher-counter aesthetic and old-school arcade games in the back.

In an era of overpriced “premium” burger chains and endless drive-thru mediocrity, Fuddruckers feels refreshingly honest. The quality-to-price ratio is outstanding, the staff are friendly, and the food tastes like someone actually cares. If you haven’t been in a while (or have never tried it), do yourself a favor and go. The “World’s Greatest Hamburger” claim might have started as marketing, but after all these years they’re still making a strong case for it.

Highly recommended—Fuddruckers is comfort-food Americana done right!

Arrived at 7:20pm on Friday evening and had the door locked right in front of me and my family. The girl looked straight at us through the door and offered no explanation or apology. The sign on the door clearly stated that the restaurant was open until 8:30pm. One gentleman who was a customer had went to the car for his jacket was also locked out. He had to call his family inside to get back in. Very disappointed tonight.

NORMALLY this burger is the best in this area. Been going there for years. BUT the last two times i explicitly ask for my burger rare and both last times it's been med-well. And this is after i already pre-tip the food workers.

I will give them one more chance.

If you don't want to prepare the burger the way the customer asks then DONT ASK!
