The food is always good, but the service was subpar. Dirty dishes were not removed from the table, water glasses were not refilled, and additional drink orders were not taken. Our meals were delivered and our server never checked back except to ask if we wanted dessert.

Friday night date night 3.5 lb lobster was excellent, bar staff and wait staff great. Something was missing. Met Rachel the manager and she was not Dawn. We miss the class the Galley use to have.

My wife took me here for my birthday. Was an excellent experience. Shrimp appetizer was great. Steak was cooked well as requested. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Desert was great and large enough to share. Will definitely be back.

Went with friends in April and also early in 2025. Both times, the service and food were amazing. Servers both times were above and beyond. The fried shrimp is fresh just as eating at the coast. My husband’s steak was equally amazing. I enjoy shrimp at Red Lobster and similar places but shrimp at other restaurants taste like a frozen TV dinner next to shrimp at the Galley. Over the years, my friends and I have tried various items on the menu and have never been disappointed

Very good food at prices lower than most comprable restaurants in the area. Was not busy at the time yet service was lacking. Need training on how to stay on task and interact either customers.

Very disappointed. Our food took forever and then It came out cold. We had to send it back. Took forever to get it again. My husband's dish was $40. Not worth it!
Parking: Horrible lay out. Batley room to pull out of a spot. Especially if there are trucks behind you.
In general, love this place .. great food , service .. beautiful views of the lake .. unfortunately this last visit they were a little off ... new waiter with little training, food was just ok. But will try again soon!

I had the Carolina Mountain Trout. I haven’t had it since Mother’s Day 2023. It was delicious then. I would eat the bed of greens , but this time it was very greasy. The side salad was lacking. It will be a long time, if ever I return.

Sorry to say, drink order was botched, Two of four meals were incorrect, one completely, the second had the first wrong dinner potato Three of us had to start eating our meals as they were getting cold Certainly set a tone from the get go Manager only offered to comp desserts we didn’t want We have been there numerous times and never had an experience like this

A nice high end restaurant in the Anderson area. Tonight, they had the best scallops I think I've ever had. Kalani was an excellent server. The atmosphere was very warm and active and the view of the water was gorgeous. Honestly, I felt a little underdressed, so I'll know for next time.

I was searching for a restaurant with a beautiful view and delicious cuisine. I came across The Gallery on Google Maps and decided to make a reservation. Unfortunately, the only available seating was at the sushi bar. However, this was the best seating in the restaurant. The chefs at the sushi bar provided exceptionally attentive service. They offered excellent food recommendations and even prepared an appetizer prior to the main course. I would like to express my gratitude to Dakota and Justin for their outstanding service, Thank you! I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for some good prime rib, sushi, and a nice view. Definitely check out the sushi bar in The Gallery Restaurant.
