I hate to do this but I've been coming here for years now doing delivery. They have an issue with one delivery program specifically that they can't seem to fix nor explain (They know which one I'm talking about). Every time I get a Groucho's order, automatically I'm going to be delayed 20 to 30 minutes because they will not start the order until I walk in. They have to check a tablet in order to print the ticket and for some reason they don't add in checking the tablet throughout the day as part of their work because they don't get these orders as often as others. They think I'm stupid and I don't know this. It's funny because When I call in advance they tell me they see the order and they are working on it. But every time I don't call in advance, the order is a complete surprise to them. Obviously I'm doing their job for them by calling them and having them check the tablet. It's absolutely ridiculous and now this is the only restaurant in town that still has a problem with this delivery system. I'll take down my review when this gets fixed or you at least take this delivery service off your offered options since you can't seem to build systems around it that are efficient.

Typically this place is fantastic. Sadly, they have gone pretty downhill with food quality, at least from my experience. Bread was hard as a rock and, the meat had a pile of salt / seasoning on it the last time I went. Staff is friendly though.

It’s hard to go crazy over a sandwich shop, but this place is AMAZING! The sandwiches are so good. Hard to describe - but you just need to go and experience yourself. I found myself trying to find locations near us in Georgia - as well as franchising opportunities. It’s that good!!!

The other day I ordered my kids and I food through DOORDASH from the Anderson location. We got the CLUB for 2 which comes with what I thought was 2 full sandwhiches with double meat, 4 cookies and extra chips with dip. Please tell me why we received ONE cookie and what was 1/4 of a sandwhich stacked with a normal amount of meat. Call me crazy but that was in no way DOUBLE MEAT!! We had more sauce than we did ACTUAL FOOD! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
*I called the store and they said that's how it comes. That's such a ripoff!! $15.49 from them/ $20.39 on Doordash For half a sandwhich 2 pickle spears and 2 bags of chips. CRAZY!! We've eaten there before and loved it but that was very disheartening to receive.

My sub was microwaved, and rubbery. I asked why wasn't toasted, she stated they can't toast that kind of bread. So, I had a rubbery sub w halfway melted cheese, yum......

Just wanted to update my review. Today Groucho's Deli knocked it out of the park again! They are my go to when I need to take box lunches to a client or gathering. The staff is always friendly & accommodating! And the food is great! Those chocolate chip cookies are the best!!!
