Picked up a pizza here for the first time, was directed to an area where a young girl was serving drive up customers with a window constantly open while frigid mid 30s air was blowing in. The shelves with the pizzas to be picked up were right beside this window. I picked up my pizza 2 minutes after a text said it was ready and it was barely warm. Huge disappointment after spending over $20 for a large pizza!

When we order pick up from Guy's we typically use the Pendleton location. However, due to us being out on Clemson Blvd. we happened to be closer to the 81 location. We called and placed our order and was told 30 minutes (which was fine). We arrived after 30 minutes and my husband went in to pick up our order. We ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes before our food is ready. The food was great, per usual. The time it took to get out food will make us never use this location again.

Whilst the restaurant is unique and the dishes have an excellent flavor, the company has friendly forward staff, however the service is terrible, and the kitchen facilities are absolutely disgusting. The pizza quickly gets soggy if boxed, and falls apart with no chance of staying together. Dine-in pizzas are somewhat better however like the kitchen, the dining room is also dirty upon further inspection.

We love to get unique pizza from here, wings, or subs.I have to give them a 4 star review though because last we ordered I needed to get my wife a sub with no cheese because she can't eat dairy and they added it. It melted into bread/meatballs so I made her something at home instead. But another item we had that was more customized they nailed.
Food and service was great. We had a rather large order. The food came out quick and the staff was great. Great pizza. Good crispy airy crust. Definitely recommend.

Just had the pizza, first time since I've been back it tasted a little bit better than gas station pizza, I got the combo and can't tell what I'm eating, the pieces of vegetables are so small and I can't really taste the pepperoni, I had better pizza at Ingles down the road, not impressed at all. I had one of the best pizza I've ever had in Simpsonville a few weeks ago at a place called The Slice, I wish they could open one up here.
