Dirty, bathroom smelled horrible, staff was not friendly, easily available, and they didn’t provide us what we needed. No napkins or ketchup available without requesting from the staff. The food was ok, everything else was not.

Employees act like they don’t want to be here bad atmosphere cashier took our order and IMMEDIATELY got on her phone after taking our order when there was another customer behind us. We ordered coffee and she sat two cups on the counter knowing there isn’t a place to fill our coffee up and when my boyfriend asked her to fill them up because there wasn’t a coffee dispenser on our side of the counter, she acted like she didn’t hear him. She acted like he offended her when he told the manager.
So ready for automation to take these people’s jobs! They’re awful!

The food was cold, all the employees and manager was just standing around talking and made us wait to order our food, the female manager had an attitude when taking orders and denied to give me ranch when I asked for it and had an attitude since I asked for it and all the tables were dirty. I do not recommend anyone to come to this “restaurant” and I suggest it should be shut down, they have been running it like this for the past year now and something needs to change, either the employment or just to remove this business from being here!

Stopped here on the way back to Charlotte, NC and got 2 deal bags. Both had ham & cheese and double cheeses burgers. We made the meals larger but did not get larger fries. Of course we don't check the bags as we were the only people ordering inside. The shift manger was the person that waited on us and made our food. The ham & cheese had very little ham and was dry, the burgers only had pickles and onions , cheese. The meat was dry and the buns cold. I has been years since I have eaten at Hardee's and was very disappointed in the food.
