Wanted sliders for lunch said they don’t do them anymore but sign on window says sliders for lunch

I ordered online Dec. 22 and picked up in the store on Dec. 23. The clerk didn’t show me the ham she just put it in the bag. When I got home I put it in the refrigerator and did not take it out until Christmas Day dinner. I was shocked the ham was overcooked and dry. We could not eat any of this ham. I paid over $100 for a half ham. I have done business with Honey Baked Ham for 20 plus years but no more. Does quality have no meaning to this company. How dare they pass this of to the public.

I've used this location for many years for my Honeybaked hams. They're always delicious. I had an issue with the one I got at Christmas and the owners were so nice about it and made it right. They went above and beyond. I wouldn't buy a ham anywhere but here!
