I eat here often. There is a manager here that yells when he talks. It sounds like he is arguing with everyone. Several times I have opted for a different place to eat because the atmosphere is annoying the food and service are typically good, but the environment is almost oppressive. A couple asked me if it was always this way. I told them only when he was working. He is from another country, although that has nothing to do with anything. He just needs to turn the volume down.

The place is dirty and need to be closed down for remodeling, and new service workers. The food is below average and my food was cold.

Every time I come in here, there’s always someone with a gun, it’s extremely uncomfortable. Leave your weapons at home, if I keep seeing customers coming in with guns I’ll just look for another place to eat breakfast. There should be a no weapons policy. I shouldn’t feel threatened.
Meals there are not what they once was, fresh, tasty and original. Now the hash browns seem frozen and a square block and the meal just so so. Go elsewhere!

This place is nasty. The food was not good the PANCAKES were not done what so ever. The people in the Kitchen were not wearing gloves while in the kitchen they don’t even wear that bonnets sometimes that helps from getting hair in food. There was also hair in my food he had to make remake my order he apologized. But he still didn’t make them wear the little bonnets. This place got shut down for being nasty …. And now it’s open again and it’s still nasty And unsanitary Something needs to be done about this. Everybody in the kitchen look like meth heads. The waiters seem like they hate their job, but they’re very nice to a certain extent. The boss man walked around like he’s going to solve problems and he’s not doing anything. He doesn’t even wear glow hisself. Someone please help this place….. I am the customer that will not be coming back.

What's going on with the crepes size? My two teens ordered crepes, one is fresh berry and the other lemon ricotta blue berry. The ricotta crepes are super tiny, we asked if it was the regular size, they changed it, but just arranged the crepes different. Again, there's a huge difference in size with the others. Why???

My husband and I visited our local IHOP for Mother’s Day, hoping for a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, our encounter with servers Bree and another unnamed server left us disappointed. Mind you, neither Bree nor the other lady were our actual server, which in my opinion, makes matters even worse.
Bree and her colleague engaged in loud conversations that were both unprofessional and hurtful. They openly criticized a woman’s appearance, making derogatory comments about her body and clothing choices. As patrons, we found this behavior extremely distasteful. Not only were Bree’s comments directed at customers, but she also berated the busboys and line cooks. Her rudeness was audible from where we were seated, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Our server’s excellent service was overshadowed by the unprofessional conduct of Bree and her colleague. IHOP should address such behavior promptly to maintain a positive dining environment for all guests.
