Updated: We have had wonderful experiences lately. Everyone has been so kind and the food is great as always.
The food is great but the girl who is typically there writing down your order has to be one of the most unwelcoming people that I have encountered. She NEVER greets you. She will simply stand there and stare at you like you’re supposed to know if she is ready to take your order and when you don’t say anything she will just blurt out something like “you ready?”.My husband and I love coming here but we have not been coming in as much lately as I would rather spend my money somewhere with better customer service.

Simply the best sub I’ve ever had! The flavors were bursting in my mouth and I can’t get enough! I been wanting Jersey Mikes for a long time and boy was I not disappointed!! Derek gave some top notch customer service and is a great guy!! DILLON THE MAN THE MYTH THE LEGEND BEST SANDWHICH MAKER IVE EVER SEEN DUDE MADE A 10$ SANDWHICH TASTE EXQUISITE HAD ME IN TREMBLES (I live an hour away and I will make this drive to go to this specific location in Anderson just because it’s simply better than everything else WIPES the competition will be coming back for future subs to knock my socks off!!!!

Was not thrilled. Food was fair, cleanness was horrible. Tables were dirty, food on floor. And when I asked to have a table cleaned, I was given an attitude and when she came over to wash it I was sprayed with the cleaner. What a shame. I gave never been treated ir sen a place like this.

Horrible service I waited 30 mins for and order here use to be good but now they don’t care about mobile orders they care more about people that come in when already been waiting before they get there this is unacceptable and horrible service

Do not place an online order here and expect to get your food. I watched multiple people come and go while I waited for my online order. After waiting long past my order's promised time it still has not been started. I canceled my order and left without it. Don't waste your time like I did.

Went in at 9:23 pm they were cleaning the gril, I then asked if it was to late to get a hot sub and the guy stated that they ran out I'd bread. That was a poor excuse for not wanting to make a sandwich before closing time
