I went here to place a large order to carry food to a family for them to have after a funeral visitation. I greatly appreciated the help and advice I received to help me make my decisions about what to order and how much of each item. The manager Jackie Gaines and another employee Billy Davis both went above and beyond with friendliness and kindness to help me . Thanks to their helpful recommendations, I was able to finalize my purchase on the evening I went in, with the promise of having everything ready for me to pick up the next morning. True to their word, everything was ready for me to pick up the next morning to deliver to my friends. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, so THANK YOU Jackie Gaines and Billy Davis and everyone else who helped put my order together!

Went there yesterday at the drive-thru and they were FAST! The van in front of us had a huge order, yet they were out of there in no time. We were behind them and were in and out of there in like 2 minutes. Friendly staff. Chicken not quite as greasy as it used to be. Sometimes they do run out of the essentials, like pot pie or a certain cut of chicken, but they are improving.

My family wanted KFC for dinner and before going, we looked at the website for menu options. What that website didn’t say is that not all items are at every location. So when I went through the drive through and ordered two Hot Honey chicken sandwiches and a 2pc box, I received two honey barbecue sandwiches instead. Even worse, the sandwiches provided were incomplete, only a sauced chicken breast and bun, without the other items, like pickles, for the honey barbecue sandwich included. And just to look at the ingredients? You have to “start your order” just to see this. No wonder places are going out of business. They’re demanding more and providing less, all while making it more inconvenient for customers.

Food was good, however, Drive thru was rude and unfriendly. Manager didn't care when I talk to her. Had to go back through and order bucket of chicken again, because it wasn't rung up the first time I went through and ordered it. Advice, don't go to this kfc.

I had been craving KFC for a week so today I went to the one here on 28 bye pass here in Anderson. I got an 8 piece bucket family meal. Got home ready to eat and the chicken looked like it was from the night before and recooked the gravy and biscuits was the same. I was really disappointed. Will not be going back.

This is the one on hwy 28 bypass if I could give them negative stars i would have. Go there around 7:30 no lights on outside l go to the drive thru and the lights were out on the menu board. She asked what they can get me i told them idk the board is black no lights. So I ask for a pot pie of course they dont have any made. Asked for 2pc white breast meal No chicken breast. Omg can't believe this place. On top of it these women are always rude. Im done with them I'll take my business elsewhere.

I don’t visit this KFC often. I got here maybe twice a year (only when I’m visiting my parents). I was asked to pull forward for my food. After receiving my NOT FRESH FOOD AND RETURNING IT, I waited a FULL HOUR before I was able to get my food. No apologies, no explanations, no anything . Straight insanity.
Well it's been probably about a year since I've been to this location The last time the food wasn't too bad but they were very rude so I thought it was my birthday today I just want a small snack I'll give the pickles a try they don't have the pickles so I got the mashed potato pops which is supposed to come with a gravy cup I had to go back in for the gravy cup she handed me a little over half of a little container of gravy which is fine but it was water I don't know if the pictures do it justice but she had already been really rude in the drive-thru and she seemed to be more occupied with her phone than anything else so I just left I got to the car went to try to eat them I ate two between water gravy and pops that tasted like bad grease I couldn't eat them concerned they would make me sick not sure if I can put pictures it doesn't look like it

ITS IN THE NAME!!! How do you not have fried chicken? Seriously,? I mean we all know we will have to wait forever for a pot pie. This is hands down the WORST experience at this location.
