Well it's been probably about a year since I've been to this location The last time the food wasn't too bad but they were very rude so I thought it was my birthday today I just want a small snack I'll give the pickles a try they don't have the pickles so I got the mashed potato pops which is supposed to come with a gravy cup I had to go back in for the gravy cup she handed me a little over half of a little container of gravy which is fine but it was water I don't know if the pictures do it justice but she had already been really rude in the drive-thru and she seemed to be more occupied with her phone than anything else so I just left I got to the car went to try to eat them I ate two between water gravy and pops that tasted like bad grease I couldn't eat them concerned they would make me sick not sure if I can put pictures it doesn't look like it

Seriously, if I could give negative stars, I would at this point. You should not have to sit there and have everything that you requested not be available, your sole purpose is fried chicken. ITS IN THE NAME!!! How do you not have fried chicken? Seriously,? I mean we all know we will have to wait forever for a pot pie. This is hands down the WORST experience at this location. Trust and believe I will not be back

I visited this store after passing it for a while. Immediately walking through the door, I noticed how clean it was, I was greeted with a smile and wasn’t rushed when trying to decide on what I wanted. Keeping it simple, I ordered a 2 piece dark, with mashed potatoes and corn. I fixed my drink and had a seat. A few minutes later my order was being brought to my table and the food was so good. The manager on duty, (Jackie) was so nice. She held conversations with me while still attending to other customers. I haven’t visited this store since 2009 and it still feels as friendly and welcoming to this day. I can’t wait to visit again and hopefully Jackie will be there. Good job 28 bypass.

Absolutely unacceptable standards for food quality!! Chicken was bone dry, hard and inedible. What a disgrace for the one time leading fried chicken franchise in America. Will not return. No pride in the food service business these days, sub par standards are accepted by not only the owners but also by the Corporate leaders. Oh well, I can go somewhere else, that is what the leading Motto is nowadays. That is right and I will, take my money somewhere else.

Order food thru drive thru and they are the most rudest people I believe I’ve dealt with in fast food. Did not want to help me and told me they could t give me what I wanted to pick something else because they didn’t want to cook it. Had me pull around to wait on my second choice to be waiting for 20 minutes now. Just plan rude, nasty and hateful.
