I come here at least 2 times a week. And I’ve never gotten food this bad. It was like my chicken wings had been up under the heat all day. They were very hard and dry. Right along with my hard cold potato wedges. Ima just leave KFC alone all together

I don’t even want to give them one star bc of how bad the whole experience was . Not just once or twice but I have been to this kfc 4 times and every single time they was very rude , they hand you your order that’s not even cooked right or it’s messed up then slam the window in your face . All 4 times vs I had to take food back that was under cooked or way over cooked. I got my 6 yr old a kids meal today and the chicken strips was so overcooked that I couldn’t even break it in half . I couldn’t even bite in to the strips . I got a mash potato bowl and it literally had a spoon of potatoes in it and was nothing but gravy and 2 chicken nuggets on it. I spent $20 and everything was horrible so I will not be going back to this kfc ever again .

Everytime I visit this KFC there is always something missing or my food is cold! This time I had food missing and it was cold. Tenders were old and dry ordered a 3 pc meal only got 2 pieces fries were hard not even worth going back to fix

Went to one KFC drive-thru and was told to come inside to order cause they were swamped. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!! Went to the other KFC and had an extremely difficult time hearing the order taker over the intercom. Also, my food wasn't wrapped properly. I'm not a customer any longer.
