So not only was the manager rude as hell, but they cannot spell customer service if it was right in front of them. I had an order to pick up from there. The name was right, the order on the receipt was right, but what was in the bag wasn’t. So I took the order back here to kfc and I’ve never seen such rude bougie people in my life. Not only were they trying to blame me for them not getting the order right. I had asked them to throw in a little something extra since the customer had to wait longer be cause of their mess up, the manager said with a HUGE attitude oh well we not giving anything for free, then proceeded to throw the wrong order away on the trash. She completely contradicted herself because she gave a perfectly good order to the trash can. I hope corporate sees this because I am very mad. Consider who you hire. Not ever going back at least while she’s there.

Don't go here!once they get a few orders backed up.. they get overwhelmed and quit taking orders after we let someone go in front us. They quit taking order's. What a shame

Ordered online after 4x fixing one order the lady gets a attitude and when you say you don't have to get a attitude they say you threaten them. The food was completely cold and hard and when we said something they made a big deal and told us to leave. Do not go to the KFC on North main Anderson sc you will get whatever they want to give you and if you don't like it they will call the cops too

At 830 we made a big order for pick up....mind you they close at 10......When we arrived to get said meal we were told only legs and thighs and no corn.......they were sold out of everything else....No negotions or anything......take it or leave it........Anderson really really needs to step their game up ?

For a KFC, this one isn't bad. Food tastes exactly how you would expect from just a regular KFC. I got the Chicken Fingers, Mac and Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, and Sweet Tea. I highly recommended the fingers and the mashed potatoes, both were the highlights of my meal. I wish the chicken tasted more fresh, though, every time I come here it tastes like its been under a heat lamp for a few minutes. The tea is also pretty good. I wish they hired people who present themselves better as well, the person who gave me my food seemed upset to be there.

I use to love the biscuits but this kfc absolutely ruined it tonight! I could understand if it was just a one time thing. The past feed times it’s been terrible (chicken not done, missing items, frozen fries) with terrible service! Iwill definitely not be going back!

Horrible food. Tiny pieces of chicken and all dried out. And it cost over$20 with tax for 8 pieces. Total rip off. You could choke on the leathery breasts. Every other place in Anderson charges $8-10 for 8 pieces. No wonder no one was there. Will never go back.
