For a KFC, this one isn't bad. Food tastes exactly how you would expect from just a regular KFC. I got the Chicken Fingers, Mac and Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, and Sweet Tea. I highly recommended the fingers and the mashed potatoes, both were the highlights of my meal. I wish the chicken tasted more fresh, though, every time I come here it tastes like its been under a heat lamp for a few minutes. The tea is also pretty good. I wish they hired people who present themselves better as well, the person who gave me my food seemed upset to be there.

I use to love the biscuits but this kfc absolutely ruined it tonight! I could understand if it was just a one time thing. The past feed times it’s been terrible (chicken not done, missing items, frozen fries) with terrible service! Iwill definitely not be going back!

Horrible food. Tiny pieces of chicken and all dried out. And it cost over$20 with tax for 8 pieces. Total rip off. You could choke on the leathery breasts. Every other place in Anderson charges $8-10 for 8 pieces. No wonder no one was there. Will never go back.

They charged me for one chicken sandwich and two sides which was corn coleslaw for $16.99 I got ripped off I know I did and I'll never going there again and I'd beware if anybody that goes there beware of your Deep Pockets because they're going to become empty. Food wasn't that great and did not enjoy it waste of money next time I go to Golden Corral. At least that place is worth the money and it's all you can eat. Basically the same price you're paying for one sandwich two sides and no drink how is that fair rip off rip off rip off at least when you go to the Golden Corral when you order a drink it comes up to 16.99 so you know it's not fair I'll never eat a KFC again. Cuz 16.99 was not worth the food that I paid for and it wasn't even that good everything was cold including my sandwich that was supposed to be hot and it was cold I end up giving it to my dog.. so don't go to that KFC it's a rip off place if you want a hot food and hot meals go to the Golden Corral . Because KFC to pay that kind of money for one person oh my God. Next time I'm going to the Golden Corral at least I won't get ripped off there in the food is hot and good to eat...

So I went in to pick up an order and was ignored. The lady at the front counter was talking to her friend. I waited patiently and when some one of her race came in she cut her conversation short and addressed her about what she needed then included me after her. Which I was already waiting before her. On top of that she made her order first and handed it to her then took her time making my order then she threw it on the counter and walked off. She was very unprofessional and racist. All I was waiting on was a chicken sandwich combo by the way. She is scaring customers away and not treating them accordingly because of being an African American

Depending on who's working your service/food will either be awesome or horrible. That's just the honest truth. Some of the workers are great & a few others need either more training or find a different job because that ain't it. ??♀️

This review is for the one on HWY 28 in Anderson. It's ok. Usually bad service. Staff have bad attitudes to customers I witnessed. Food was good. But the staff put on a real good show to my amusement. Acting downright nasty towards customers over chicken! I would pick Bojangles across the street first unless I really wanted KFC.

I had a chicken sandwich, and the meat wasn't in the leadt moist, and every time I took a bite, a big piece came out because it wasn't in the least tender. I will say the mashed potatoes and gravy were good.
I ordered online and it was suppose to have been ready at 1938..Iwaited an additional 15 more minutes when I got there. Also they even forgot the biscuits. I work at the hospital in Greenville so I could not go back to pick them up. Very bad service!

The food was good, as KFC always is. Service was fast and our order was accurate. However, the bathroom was dirty. I don’t mean it was temporarily messed up, I mean accumulated dirt and grime that would take a scrub brush and lots of effort to clean. Yuck.
