For starters the food was absolutely terrible i dont know if they are under new management i miss when the younger white guy was in charge the poor cashier with locs was basically running around she did offer good customer service though friendly place to be at cheap food but hey i guess your paying for that quality

Terrible experience. I sat at the window for 5 mins without someone coming. When I knocked on the window the worker was on their cell phone and told me to wait a minute. Then it seemed like they didn’t even know how to take my order. After all of that I pulled up with virtually no line and was told it would be 20 mins for my lunch combo and it is 11:37….

The drive thru was super busy, but the staff member at the window, Jacob, was super friendly and courteous and took his time to make sure my order was correct. I really appreciated his overall behavior, plus he had a smile on his face.

I didn’t have my hopes up that they would have anything left as I was running late and it was almost closing time and the staff was super nice and had pizzas hot and ready.

Wife waited for 15 minutes at the front desk with 5 staff members working and no one would wait on her. They literally looked at her and just wouldn't acknowledge that someone was waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. She left without ever being waited on.

This got to be the slowest little ceasers in the nation .. I ordered 2 pizza and wings on the phone at 3:15 pm and got up to the place at 3:45 and it’s now 5:15 pm I’ve been sitting out in the parking lot waiting on my order over a hour now … everyone of them employees need to be fired asap .. they tell me they got 3 new people idc about all that .. you making pizzas , if you can’t cook a pizza you need to find another job ,

No matter how far in advance you order on the app they almost never have crazy bread ready. Ordered an hour before and for the 4th time ordering they didn’t have them again. The staff is always nice but they say they are told to give the ones ready to customers who come in and order there which is brain dead.

Bless those workers their whole system was down last night and they still had a smile on face and was doing pepperoni and cheese pizzas and sides for cash only yes I had to wait I think about 12 minutes because it was a little busy but they were doing great and kept smiling even when people were cussing them out for only able to take cash. Keep up the good work.

Always fast and friendly

Such a bad experience. The food was probably the worst pizza I've ever had. The puffs were only about an inch high, my custom pepperoni and sausage pizza had no sausage, we spent $1.09 on a tiny sauce and never even got it! The wait was so long, the food wasn't remotely hot, all the boxes were drenched in grease, as was all the food. It was disgusting, and barely edible.
