The food was awesome I loved the chicken and rice soup loved it, it was very chunky. My waitress Kylee was great and on point.

Waitress was attentive. Food was horrible. Ordered the 6 ounce filet Steak (medium) and shrimp combo. The steak was so tough could not cut with steak knife. The rice pilaf was also very dry with no flavor. The grilled chicken salad was bland, luckily I received plenty of balsamic vinegar dressing to add some flavor. Manager advised they were having some issues with some cuts of the steak today. Wasn't sure what was happening but would look into it. She was apologetic and backed out the cost of the steak from the combo dinner price. Won't be back.

The place is nice and the waiter's service was very kind. I ordered Logan steak and it was overcooked. The menu doesn't say what type of cooking option that dish should be, nor did the waiter ask me. It was a fault on both sides. Considering that the name of the dish is the specialty of the house and it is expensive, I should have asked for it to be changed, but since I was too hungry, I had to eat it with some discomfort when you eat something that is not to your liking. The rest was good, especially the music. I will fix it if you make sure to order the type of cooking you want even if the waiter doesn't ask you. I will return to give this place a second chance and maybe I will change my review.

First time for Logan Steak house. The rolls are to die for. The pork chops are tender and moist. The 6 ounce sirloin was a good size and tender and cooked perfectly.

Waitress was horrible either she was new or doesn't know how to be a waitress ruined the whole experience
We didn't have a great experience at this location. Our utensils were dirty, our appetizer came out without the modifications requested, our fries were stale, the steaks were undercooked and the list goes on. I did attempt to mention to the manager that was at the bar in the purple shirt with the glasses, but he was extremely busy and didn't visit the table. We will not be back.

This place is a joke! Our server was ok but my husband's steak was horrible! We didn't eat/ pay for it! We even talked to a manager! It's sad when the manager even agrees that she wouldn't have served it herself nor eat it!!!

There were a lot of people, and I had to wait 15 minutes to get a seat! It took 45 minutes from ordering to serving. After I got the steak, the waiter didn't even ask me how it was. The service was very poor and rude. When I was about to pay, I had to ask someone to find my waiter because he disappeared. The bread was fragrant, and the steak was average.
