I called in an order for pick up for my dad who was in the hospital craving ribs. The young lady who took my order was incredibly patient and kind, didn't even seen to mind when i made changes to the order. When i arrived to pick up, she came out when food in hand and a smile on her face as i parked. She made the process easy with such great customer service! By the way, Dad thoroughly enjoyed his rib dinner. 😀

We ordered curbside takeout. We had the filet mignon with shrimp. After 45 minutes and watching the car next to us have problems and get some of our condiments, we finally got our order. The total after tip was over $70. The steak was undercooked and a side of broccoli was missing! This was unacceptable! I expect to get what I paid for! Times are hard and we don't get to get food like this often. Why can't the order be right after paying that much? And what if I do call...

Four in my group...one ordered shrimp. Three ordered Salmon. It was overcooked & dry. The manager listened & was very accommodating. He discounted our bill. I am thankful & I will return !
Thanks to him ! Our server was great !
