I walked in at 8:58pm. Stood at the counter for over 10 mins listening to a manager and another staff member having a full blown conversation about people doing and using drugs. Then assuming they saw me through the little window in the door. A lady comes out tells me that it’s going to be 30-40 mins before they can do anything that EMS took their other employee off. I asked her, “ don’t you close at 10”. She said yeah that’s we probably won’t be able to take any orders; they were waiting on their GM to call back..all of this time waiting to be acknowledged…. Just to be turned away and hearing about drugs…. Next just lock your doors…. This was a waste of my time. And not a good look when this company keeps shutting its doors. My condolences to the employee who was hauled away obviously due to drugs and your work manager and peer talking so abundantly about your situation.

Best experience I've had in a long time. It's clean! They are nice! Food is excellent! I have a gluten allergy and they made sure my food wasn't cross contaminated! I love this long John's silvers!

I give Long John Silver's a 1 because you can't give a 0!! I asked for my food to be cooked fresh, and the cashier said yes. In the minute it took to get to the window, the food was already bagged!! You can't cook fish in one minute. The manager was rude and condescending!! I paid $14.70 for cold old food!! I would not recommend eating here at all!! It is an ashame that good customer service is a thing of the past. I definitely won't be back!!

1-6-25 1530 The last two times I have come Service lacking and doors locked I guess you have to get your own sauces from Walmart I asked for extra extra sauces but got 6 then asked for more got a bad attitude and two more well I guess I will go to Greenville or somewhere else for long John’s I have always got great food and service but guess there is a big change Good luck Ohh and didn’t get my chicken in my platter so frazzled will not go back

it's a very good location to eat and get what you'd expect from long john silver... but their combos or platters didn't come with a drink and it was very pricey even with a 10% discount for a senior two people costs an easy $30 without extras ..... good food and service but on the expensive end
