Our Server Alex was an absolute Godsend. We have children that can be... Challenging. And rather than be dismissive, or visit our table the bare minimum, she was there constantly. She did everything in her power to make sure our family had the best experience, and we certainly did. She deserves a huge raise, and probably a promotion.

We were in town for an event and had stopped in for dinner, and we were not disappointed! The food was pretty good, but by far our waiter was our favorite part of our experience! We weren't sure of this young man's name, but the information we do have is that we were there on April 20, around 5:45-6:00 or so, at table 66. This young man was pleasant, professional and just all of the things you would want for great service! He actually didn't have our table at first, but gained our table in his section, and for a last minute change, he was fantastic:) Thank you for a lovely dinner! ?

This used to be my favorite spot to eat but it seems you have to know someone there to get seated or good service. The past three times I’ve visited I’ve either had bad food, bad service, or waited behind a dozen groups of familiars that arrived after or didn’t call ahead before having an opportunity to be seated.

I visited this Longhorn while in Anderson, SC. I had a pretty good experience..it definitely could have been better. My Renegade was decent, I won't say the steak was bad. It wasn't bad; the dust of seasoning and flat-top grill combination are awesome, just not nearly as awesome as any of the fire grilled steaks on the menu. I feel the Renegade Silroin is a good option if you want something smaller with some good flavor. It doesn't have a lot of fat, which is a plus. I think ordering it Parmesan crusted makes it so much better. Try it Parmesan crusted; you won't regret it. My fries were served burned twice. That's odd how they served me burned fries twice, and I can't prove it, but it honestly looked like they brought me the same fries the second time that they served the first time. The service was really good..My waitress said she felt really bad about the fries, and she agreed that the second plate looked similar to the first plate. I ordered dessert, but I didn't get it for almost 20 minutes. I had to remind them I ordered it. The manager came over with my dessert and offered a little discount. The manager was very friendly and truly cared about my experience. They admitted they've been having some issues in the kitchen. I hope they can work out those issues. People are giving you their hard-earned money, they are expecting a good meal. LongHorn usually delivers a flawless experience and amazing food, so I was a little disappointed in this Anderson, SC, location.

Would have had a higher rating on food quality, but had to wait on fruit salad to be made again because they bagged the food and put the cold sald underneath all the hot meals even though we instructed them to bag the salad separately. Hot wilted fruit sald is inacceptable. That should be common sense. The person bringing out the order was extremely nice.
