The food was delicious and very high quality, but the portion size was noticeably diminished since our visit earlier this year. The sushi rolls were both thinner and shorter than before. Further evidence of that was that the two sushi rolls we ordered were served on a single plate this time instead of two. We certainly understand and appreciate the reality of inflation on the cost of food. We think it would be more forthright to maintain the portion size and increase the price. Our server, Justine, was excellent -- very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Our order was served promptly. We look forward to a return visit soon.

Is not real sushi, I prefer buy sushi in Publix i get sick the fish is not good quality, š de service is ok If you oder food like soup, you be ready to wait and the food coming could. I never back; higher prices for the bad quality food

I guess if theyāre so busy they donāt need my business. We called ahead and was told thereās no wait. No one mentioned a reservation. We got there and got asked if we had a reservation. We didnāt (but would have made one when we called if it had been offered). The two young girls at the front acted like it was a bother. We got seated at a tall table. Iām wearing a skirt and donāt want to be on display to all the lower tables so I ask for another table. I was told sheād ask but they have so many reservations that itās probably not gonna happen. Never mind that I have short legs and arthritis. But ok. She gave us one menu and said weād have to share because they didnāt have any menus. And the table was dirty. If I wanted the cheap diner experience Iād go to Waffle House. But I mean theyāre so successful I guess they can afford to be snobbish and run off customers. Hope the luck holds out and it doesnāt catch up to them after this happens to enough people. We left and went somewhere else that we know has stellar service and food that is just as good. (Maki has really good food but not good enough to be treated like a burden.)

The food and staff are always great at Maki, we find new favorites every time. You'll never go wrong starting with an order of Lumpia and Gyoza then venture into the many choices of sushi rolls. Happy dining!

Every time we go to Maki it's great!! From the greetings by the hostess to the atmosphere inside, always great!! The wait staff is always friendly and attentive. The food is amazing!! Love Maki, can't wait to go again ā„ļø

Jay is the best bartender and the food always superb! Never thought a sushi restaurant would have the best steak in town, but it does.

As always the food was amazing! The service, however, was not so great this time. Our waitress, Cam (maybe Cami) was not very good. We literally had just gotten sit down, had just opened the menu, when she appeared wanting our appetizer order. We were not ready. She took our drink order and it took her 10 minutes to come back to table with drinks (tea and water). She then got our appetizer order, left and didn't come back for 15 minutes when she dropped off appetizers. By this point, our beverages were empty and we had to ask for a refill. We ordered. Waited the normal amount of time for what we ordered. Food was delivered. She checked on us immediately after food was dropped off and we didn't see her again for another 15 minutes or so when she walked by us to assist a table behind us. ļæ¼My husband's beverage was empty again and she didn't acknowledge that. He had to ask for a refill. While her lack of service was irritating, it will not deter us from enjoying wonderful meals from there.
Service, food, and drinks were exceptionally good. We've ate here quite a few times and it gets better every time we go.

Our favorite place in town. We arrived early and sat upstairs. The service was great, as usual - thanks to Arielle. My blood orange horizon cocktail was made perfectly (on the less-sweet side). You can't go wrong with the cucumber wrap and the lucky charm roll. Those are staples. Just another sublime experience at Maki!
