While the food may not be the best compared to authentic dishes from Hong Kong, it is still decent. Customers enjoy flavorful and fresh meals like Cantonese Pan Fried Noodles, sweet and sour chicken, pork fried rice, and the large portioned house special lo mein with beef and shrimp. The beef is fantastic, and the portions are huge—enough to take home for another meal. However, some dishes like the Hot & Sour soup have become too spicy for some, and the shrimp spring rolls were disappointing, with a hard shell and little shrimp.
The service is super friendly, though some find it could be more attentive. The food is always freshly made and delicious, served on silver platters for a sit-down dining experience. Prices have risen due to higher ingredient costs, and some customers are unhappy about being charged for standard chili paste. Parking is easy with 20+ spots, some right in front. Despite minor issues, Master's Wok remains a favorite for high-quality Chinese cuisine.
