I placed a online pickup order for meals that had shakes went through the drive-thru. Got my receipt. Got up to the window to receive my food and milkshakes but was informed they could not make any shakes. Was offered drinks as replacement will be returning tomorrow to get my shakes if the machine is fixed. Do better McDonald's

The girl taking my order was so rude over the intercom. When I got to the window, she didn’t even greet me when she took my card. I understand how rushes are in store because I work in fast food, but that is not a way to treat a paying customer. The guy at the next window didn’t greet me either, but he was sweet handing me my food. The fries were not cold but they weren’t fresh. My sandwich was halfway cold though. Management needs to work on training their employees to do their jobs properly, instead of rushing people out of their way. It’s better to have a happy, satisfied customer than an angry one.. then they are more likely to come back. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this McDonalds.

Asked to park in #6 , after waiting a bit I decided to go inside and get a refund bc I notice that #1 still hasn't received their food to only go inside and everyone’s food is sitting on the counter and not being taken out to the cars.
Absolutely horrible experience. Super slow and employees being rude for no reason. Couldn't get an order right if their life depended on it

This McDonalds is ridiculous. The employees are not friendly. One of the worker hand a lady a bag and told her to bag her own food. Then stuck the ladies food in someone else bag. The employee was walking around like she wanted to punch someone in the face. They're very unorganized, employees walk around like the don't know what the they'er doing. I waited 30 to 45 on my food. People were coming in from the drive threw still waiting on food they haven't received for an hour. Not ever going back this McDonald's again. I will drive across town before going back there.

Food was cold and we were missing items. Called the store and couldn't get through. So disappointing!!! Spent $30 on breakfast and it was horrible

Restaurant has a bad odor. Understaffed!!! Waited 13 mins for my order after being pulled. Finallyhad to go in where i waited 6 mins to even be acknowledged. Literally watched them take everyone's payment and park 9 cars. I was late for work.

We stood at the counter for 10 minutes and nobody came to take our order. We had to order online ...,..then it was another 10 minutes. The manager had long hair hanging in front of him that was brushing into the fry warmer. I will not go back.
