Even ordering ahead on the mobile app, still had to wait. The dining room was full of people and no one is eating because of the slow service. Food finally came, but had to send it back because it was wrong. Then more waiting. This unacceptable and I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worst enemy.

Do not go to this McDonalds. The staff are not competent, there is no customer service orientation, it took me 35 minutes to get my food, and when I asked that the price of my food be discounted due to the length of my wait time, the crew member lied to me and told me there was no manager on site who had the ability to discount my food. I have never been so poorly served at a McDonalds in my life. I could have driven home and prepared a much more gourmet meal in the time it took me to get this very NOT fast food. It's McDonalds, I get it. But this restaurant could not clear even that low bar. It was horrible. I will never go back to this particular restaurant, and I encourage you to follow my example.

The wait on Friday 10/18/24 @ approx. 7:30 was worth it.Even though they are beyond busy. That is how McDonald's is supposed to taste like. The manager on duty and the crew deserve recognition. Hopefully someone in uper management sees this .

Horrible service told them 3 times what we ordered and still didn't get order right. They brought out half full fries. I went inside I heard them say it's a white girl ain't it and they proceeded to say that was too many fries for the order wow I think this is 2024 and still there's hate. I recommend any other establishments

Ordered a breakfast platter and 35 minutes later still nothing. Big bunch of incompetent people! Never go to that store again! Awful. And I highly doubt that anything will be done to correct their issues. Also finally at almost 1100 am they offered me lunch and I hate there lunch foods. After I seen the clueless waitress give my order out 2 times to people who came in right at 1030

Currently sitting in the drivethru line. So far it’s been 30 minutes. Have not moved an inch. Can’t leave because I’m blocked in. Called the store to see why we aren’t moving. Finally a employee answered, was EXTREMELY rude. No answer still on why we are sitting here without moving. Horrible service.
