swear they would never get my money again if they werent so close. 8/10 times your order will be incorrect after u waited 10 mins for it. and if its not incorrect its cold or the syrup is out on the sodas. really a terrible place. ive been disappointed too many times, rarely review fast food restaurants but i thought i was going to be saving potential victims but as i see from previous reviews we’ve been warned. rule of thumb never go to a mcdonalds with less that a 3.9 rating

I wish they would just fire this whole night team. I had order 1200 on 12/21/25 @ 7:57. I ordered a caramel macchiato and was told it would be 15 min wait, no problem. I waited 40 MINUTES and had to drive back to the drive thru because they forgot about me. I should’ve got a refund or something. I would understand if they were busy but there was no line. Honestly they should shut this place down and just rehire it’s atrocious the few times I go. McDonald’s don’t care about their customers at all

Ordered a macchiato coffee and was told originally didn't have it and could trade for something else, i said no just give me a refund but they said they could after all make it. The nasty watered down coffee they gave me was not a Carmel macchiato. So ridiculous

If you go to the drive-thru they always push you into the reserve spots and make you wait over 30 minutes for the simplest orders I ordered a 10-piece McNugget meal with a large fry and a large Coke they put me in the reserve spot the cashier came up to my car and took my receipt because she said that she did something wrong with my order and then someone came up and offered me the wrong food and I've been sitting here in this spot for over 30 minutes

This McDonald's is terrible unless you are picking up a DoorDash. Otherwise their customer service is terrible. They ignore you when you are at the counter, they never apologize for messing up your order and the drive is constantly parked (which means they walk from car to car asking what order you had, grossly unsanitary)

Drive thru worker was either not trained properly or just plain out dumb. Using the mobile app has never been difficult. I come to this location often only because it is near my house. There is always a long line at the microphone but when you go around there is no one in line. 9 times out of 10 they are pulling everyone to the drive thru waiting lanes where you will wait 10+ minutes and pray they don't leave anything out. If you have time to drive a few more miles to the next McDonald's, I would recommend you do that!!
