This McDonald's needs a overhaul whole crew is rude and has no manners I Took My 83 Year Old Grandmother here for breakfast we waited 25 minutes for 2 bacon egg and cheese Biscuits the black woman working had to walk passed us 10 times and never said a word finally my Grandmother ask her and she gets rude and said maybe you should have went to Burger King while all the other employees are laughing about it my grandmother was so upset I thought I was going to have to call her a EMS NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION Congratulations you made a senior citizen cry I Hope it made you feel good about yourself

I'm pretty sure that I received the absolute WORST meal I've ever gotten from all the McDonalds I've ever been to in my life! The sad part is no one will read this and actually do something about it. I'm just trying to warn other customers. I wish I could leave zero stars.

Ordered a large coffee and got handed a medium coffee when I told her if it was a large knowing the cup says med she said it sure is and the manager told her it wasn't then she didn't even put sugar in it

I waited ten minutes in the drive thru at the speaker 30+ minutes before they closed. even after saying hello and trying to get their attention no one bothered to answer or take my order and there were only 2 customers who were already served inside and only one customer waiting to get their food in the drive thru line.
There was this lady that's black mabye she is in her teenage years but she was half nice but out of nowhere she was a little mad.

Waited in the drive thru line, no orders were being taken for a good five minutes. Drove around went inside. Touch screen order machine not working. Stood in front of cash register to order. No one ever came to take the order. I witnessed several people there, one just standing around ( the manager I assume) . Got sick of waiting and left, will spend my money somewhere that wants it.

Holy crap talk about GARBAGE SERVICE. Consistently screw up you food order, never get drinks right, God forbid you get napkins. Lunch time and it takes 20 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers. Worst mcdonald's ever.

Placed an order online and paid, got to the drive through just to let them know the code. Waited 10 minutes and nobody answered. I finally just drove up to the pay window there was nobody there went to the pickup window, told him my code number, and I wanted to speak to the manager, manager came over not going to mention her name, she told me. That her employee hasn't clocked in that's why there was a delay at the window? I said you're the manager. You could have easily done her job, couldn't you? She looked at me like I was crazy. I still have to wait another ten minutes for my food which was wrong. I hope corporate reads this review.

We ordered five drinks and waited 30 minutes. In the end, we had to leave because we were in a rush, and they didnât give us the drinks. Manager said that we should not buy McDonaldâs if we were in a rush and that fast food is no longer fast â whatever that means.
