I got the made to order double fillet of fish and it's always delicious! I also got two cheeseburgers and the beef patty was pitiful. It's paper thin and so small it didn't even reach the edge of the bun that was disappointing & I probably won't order cheeseburgers anymore & they used to be my favorite! Fresh fries are awesome! Awful... It took 10 minutes to order and we had to wait over 20 minutes for our food. And we were the only customers in the restaurant! Several customers walked out after waiting at the counter to order but no one to take the order, they were in the back. This isn't an isolated incident here, it seems to be like this always. Drive a couple of miles and find a different McDonald's.

I'm a DoorDash driver and every time I come here in the evening the young guy wearing a black hoodie with sleeve tattoos trying to talk like a gangster is always just yelling at people and never doing anything. He's literally the issue why I don't make as much money as I should. please fire him. He's so annoying

The people at this McDonald’s are very rude and constantly talk crap about the customers even when they are still in the lobby of the restaurant and they are loud and obnoxious about it and the toilets are nasty never cleaned avoid this McDonald’s at all costs

Me and my husband came through the drive-through after I got off of working a double shift today. I ordered A McChicken and ask for extra pickles on it and also got three meat doubles and two medium fries. When we got home, there was literally two pickles on the McChicken. And on all of the double cheeseburgers was just ketchup, None of the other toppings that come with it. We waited 15 minutes in the drive through. I work in the food industry, so I am normally very forgiving about stuff like this, but it’s kind of ridiculous that there was only ketchup on the burgers

Gave them several tries, hoping it was a bad day but no, coffee is luke warm every time, the food is worse.... cold, and slopped together, they don't care, pancakes and sausage on another day, cold stale pancakes, hard as a rock around the edges, couldn't eat them, sausage was cold. I won't go back to this location for anything ever again.

This place should be EMBARRASSED of how they are ran. Went in for a to go order and the whole time I was waiting the manager and the workers were arguing loudly over what food was still needed and orders that were messed up. They messed up one guys hamburgers THREE times. Not sure how you can mess up just meat and a bun that many times. Another guy in the drive thru came in to ask for a refund because he said that he waited a long time and his food was cold. The MANAGER told him “your food isn’t cold but i’ll give you a refund”. Mean while the managers husband or boyfriend is in and out of Mcdonald’s the whole time i’m there. He also said that he was “about to cut up in Mcdonald’s” because he was mad at the guy asking for a refund. They need new management and new workers for the most part.
