Little girl named Amaya? Who works here had the absolute worst attitude for no reason. So put out just by taking my order because the kiosk wouldn’t take card payments and I was very polite the whole time.

Ordered quarter pounder with cheese and bacon w/ no onions, mustard, ketchup. It came fully loaded with everything i didn't want. Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and extra bacon w/ no pickles, ketchup, or mustard. Didn't even get that burger at all. Didn't realize until later and too late to go back. Never again will I stop there.

Poorly managed. They are out of products often. Today my bacon McGriddle was missing the bacon and cheese. Only the egg patty and that was stale, like it has been out for a while.

I tried to give them so much grace. I did an online order on the app & I arrived on time. At first, everything seemed fine. However, when I checked my order I noticed that my chicken sandwich said, “spicy chicken sandwich “ & that the fries were just half way full. However, I thought not problem about the fries I won’t bother them, I’ll just ask for the sandwich I ordered. I turned around & I went to the window to let them know that I had ordered a regular but was given a spicy one instead. The lady at the window asked me to pull into their #1 spot & assured me someone would come out there & give me the right order. I waited 30minutes. After I noticed the drive thru people kept getting their things I decided to go in & see what the hold up was. I spoke with another lady at the window. She then asked me if I had pulled the sandwich out to assure myself that it was a spicy one. I told her that that’s not what the First Lady told me to do & that now all of my food was cold. She then rolled her eyes & said, “well what do you want me to do?”. I told her I was not trying to be difficult but that it was not fair that they made me wait 30 minutes just for a sandwich while my food got cold. She then said it would be even longer because I would be at the bottom of the list. I then ask if I can speak to a manager & she goes back to speak to another lady who hands her a sandwich box. She comes back, doesn’t say a word, hands me the box, rolls her eyes, & walks away.

A/C out. Took forever for someone to show up to counter. She didn't know how to run register. We ordered unsweetened tea, they started brewing it after bringing us our order. Staff walking around not knowing what they're doing. Taking orders out to cars, bringing them back in. This place is a disaster.

On July the 5th at 10 o'clock night shift I stopped in to get a quick bite.... After standing at counter in a extremely hot restaurant for 10 min, I was told by the manager they'd get to us when they got to us... She then was screaming that the cars had to stop pulling up to the drive thru!!!??? Is this not where the money for get pay check comes from?? After several more min, a girl took our order while the manager was still raving about customers coming up??? If you ask me the place needs a new manager on night shift and ac!! I don't think they want you to dine in there no more because they remove all fountain drink machines, turned ac off, and ignores customers that comes inside!! Avoid this place at all cost!!

This location is a joke. Especially on the closing shift. I don’t have problems with teens working at all. All for them trying to make money, but this location is a joke with the employees. I am a door dasher & when I come into the store since it is usually before lobby closes to pick up a customer order I literally stand at the pick up counter for close to 30 minutes or even 30 minutes waiting to even be acknowledged. They will constantly help or speak to other customers or people they know that may come in after me before even asking me which order is mine. Even the management doesn’t say two words. I understand being busy but it is also their job to acknowledge customers instead of standing around talking to each other or even having us hear the manager yelling at an employee. Just very unprofessional & poor service. I’ve never seemed to have a decent experience at this location even as a regular customer. N Main St & Pearman Dairy have been the best locations here in Anderson to me in my opinion. Especially as a door dash driver.

Used the app to place an order. Say in drive thru for 7 minutes before someone came and told us to park. Food came out about 5 minutes later. Definitely not fast food. Went there around 9pm and it was not crowded. Car in front of us finally went inside to get their food. Car behind us had to park, too.

I'm Giving 5 stars for Mrs. Rhonda. She was the sweetest. We had an issue with our order, when I got to speak with her she instantly rectified the mistake and was so kind hearted about it. She went above and beyond to be sure our order was corrected and we were satisfied before we left the establishment. I believe the food industry sometimes gets a bad look because of poor customer service but you won't get that with Mrs. Rhonda. She's lovely and professional. Hope to see her in the future.
