My husband went to order me a BACON, egg, and cheese biscuit. When I opened it at work, I thought they accidentally put sausage, which is fine. NO, they put a nasty, old cheeseburger on my biscuit. Almost made me throw up everywhere. Thankfully, I figured it out before biting into it.

I placed a order with no buns on two burgers they get it wrong twice and when they handed us the bag she dropped the fries and didn’t even ask if we wanted any and just left us at the window I went in to correct the burgers and seen they weren’t even busy they only had people there waiting for food about two people I got the fries and the burgers but I couldn’t waste anymore time and just gave up and my aunt had to go somewhere else to eat not able to eat the buns and when I got home our Dr. pepper wasn’t a Dr. pepper it was just another Diet Coke and my Big Mac still had lettuce on it I work in fast food and I understand mistakes happen but the whole order just went wrong

I waited 20-30 minutes to get STALE FRIES when being the first customer at lunch. I had to wait 30 minutes while the regional manager was chatting at a table. Worst customer service.

Came here for a quick bite to eat and ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. Waited at the third window for 20 minutes and got home with two buns and meat, nothing else. I can’t expect much from McDonald’s but this one in particular sucks more than most

This amcDonalds was horrible. Inside was nasty with trash running over in floors. Coke was flat n they refused fix it. They refused to take my order told me use kiosk but took 2 girls orders after me. Fries were still frozen on inside no chese on my cheese burger. Tossed food lost my money n left. Lesson learned

Every time I come to this McDonald's to order a large sweet tea and apple pie, and they always say they don't have apple pie. They just don't want to take the time to cook the pie. I wait for my pie because they're good pies.

Went here around 10:30 on a Saturday night 12/13. We walked in saw no one for about 5 minutes. Whe the lady did come she started yelling at us about how short handed she was and we shouldn't have come in her open door. She then locked the front door told us we'd have use the kiosk and leave through the gas station. Needless to say we and the group left. We will never return. Previous post was right 1 is way to high avoid this place.

Went into the drive through at 11:27pm didn’t leave until 11:55pm. Waited at the intercom for 15 minutes and there was no cars at the pick up windows. Ordered my food and the wait was too long ended up leaving. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.
Out of all the McDonalds I've been to, this one is by far the most efficient and professional. Food was good and service was fast. Great customer service!

-5. Ordered food in the drive thru, asked to go to #1 spot. Waited 20 minutes, went inside. Food sitting on counter. Fries aren’t even dropped yet. Who ever is the manager/district manager should be absolutely ashamed. Cold food on top of that. 😂
