Used the app to place an order. Say in drive thru for 7 minutes before someone came and told us to park. Food came out about 5 minutes later. Definitely not fast food. Went there around 9pm and it was not crowded. Car in front of us finally went inside to get their food. Car behind us had to park, too.

I'm Giving 5 stars for Mrs. Rhonda. She was the sweetest. We had an issue with our order, when I got to speak with her she instantly rectified the mistake and was so kind hearted about it. She went above and beyond to be sure our order was corrected and we were satisfied before we left the establishment. I believe the food industry sometimes gets a bad look because of poor customer service but you won't get that with Mrs. Rhonda. She's lovely and professional. Hope to see her in the future.

In all my years of eating McDonald’s, I have never had an experience like this. The fries were hot but were barely cooked. The cheeseburger was pink and not cooked in the middle, and was cold. I was unable to eat it. The guy who served me was very rude - no manners or customer service; he looked like he hated his job or his life. Very poor customer service - did not smile and when I said “thank you”, he responded “uh huh”. Would not eat here again.

Ate here today inside around 1-1:30. There were two girls at the front talking extremely loud. The manager I am assuming spoke to them and she was also extremely loud. We were able to hear the whole conversation. The manager was 100% correct talking to them but maybe don’t do it for the whole room to hear. From what it sounded like was one girl was on break and the other wasn’t and the one on break was causing the other girl not to work. She wasn’t working before that girl went on break but it was clear that the girl on break was following the working girl so they could talk and not work. I would have sent both home because they also got an attitude with the manager. Not a great environment with little ones running around hearing it.

Luk3 Is Back

In the drive thru they hand you your drink and then immediately ask you pull to a # spot in parking lot to get your food. They are tricking the clock saying the served you fast. Corporate needs to catch on to this and stop it. We have now waited 5 minutes and food has still not arrived

Rhonda and Penny are the sweetest most genuine ladies They always make my French vanilla coffee with extra syrup and make it so good and are so kind to me. I will definitely say this is one of the best McDonald’s I have ever been to. Rhonda and Penny sure know how to serve excellent customer service, they deserve to be recognize. Thank you both for all you do. It’s the little things that can make a person day so much better.
