The worst McDonald's ever. Do NOT waste your time/money at this place. I ordered a single hamburger and fries in the drive thru & was asked to pull over in the parking lot and wait. Of course, I had already paid. 15 minutes went by, and I had to go in to check on my order. No customers were in the restaurant. The manager(?) was sitting in a booth & decided to get up. I got a refund. As I was going back to my car, another customer asked me what was going on in there.. Apparently, everybody was having to wait. Ridiculous.

The food sucked it's overpriced. Then people act like they don't want to be there working but they got a job there their attitudes suck worse than food.

Should be zero stars. This place is a joke. Go to any other McDonald's nearby if possible. Three people waiting in the dining room and food took over 25 minutes to be made while I listened to staff do nothing on the back and be pissy the whole time they were doing it.

We get breakfast here and are quick in the drive thru, and the people are very nice and cheerful. Really like this one.

TERRIBLE! If you donât use their kiosks you canât order, and the humans âworkingâ there are just as useless! I ordered two kids meals and didnât get the Boo Bucket, only a bag with no explanation why. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!

Worst McDonald ever. Didn't have milk shakes after I already paid. Then manager comes over tells me he is gonna give me a lg tea and another frie to make up difference. Tf no j want moneh back. Well how about cookies. Ok then I get we have no cookies after waiting again. Then doesn't give tax back. Hands me cold food. Like rock hard.

This was the friendliest McDonaldâs Iâve ever been to. The staff engaged customers in a friendly and professional manner. The $5 meal was spot on for price and amount of food.

Bad customer service made me wait around 30 minutes for some potatoes and a sorbet and this was served before the potatoes, it was almost melted and so they wanted me to take it away

We will never again be using any services that your McDonaldâs location on Highway 81 near Interstate 81 in South Carolina. Although we used to be frequent customers at your location, that will no longer be true. We are choosing NEVER to return to your location. While we were there today, we observed a filthy store, poor ways to order food, and, most importantly of all, extremely rude, slovenly, and unknowledgeable employees. All three employees were dressed in unprofessional clothing. What happened to the attractive uniforms? One female employee appeared to be no more than thirteen. A more mature English-speaking cashier appeared to not understand what light ice meant. (We resorted to saying ânot much iceâ and for heavy ice we had to say âfill up the cup with ice, then dispense the drink.) She completely messed up the drink order! Did she not understand those common terms at a fast-food restaurant. In addition, her comments to us were very rude and lacking in essential training.
As both services and food have declined in McDonaldâs quality, many former customers are seeking other choices. McDonaldâs cost-cutting decisions will cause even more disgruntled customers, especially as you see the critical way most Americans now view McDonaldâs nationwide. (You might want to take a look at both MacDonaldâs websitesâ feedbacks and observe the scathing comments about MacDonaldâs downward spiral on Facebook and other popular sites.)
Incidentally, your âWhich dishes do you recommend?â needs to add âor None!â Thatâs the choice we and most customers will be adding.
How sad to see one of Americaâs best fast food franchises rapidly losing its reputation and clientele over choices that a more savvy management would have avoided.
