The owner was deeply involved with setting the tone for the business, and he worked with us to seat us for both dinner and a music event later in the evening, which was well received. Both the food (we had the lamb stew and shepherds pie) and atmosphere (very Celtic) was excellent, and the band they hired (Tuatha Dea) was fantastic!

Service was excellent, food was great. We enjoyed it. We drove about 45 minutes to try it out. We will definitely be returning.

The food was authentic and delicious. We had to wait a little bit for the waitress to come back and check on us and part of my salad was missing and needed to be addressed. The live music was phenomenal!

A very pleasant experience for our party of four. All were pleased with their entrees, shared appetizers were good. Service was excellent and the atmosphere and ambience added to a very pleasant evening!

We always order the fried shrimp and fries dinner at McGees. It is always wonderful, hot out of the pan with great fries and apples for our sides. The service is great as well with Ava attentive, fast and friendly. We are on their email list and always receive a coupon deal for our birthdays and anniversary which is also a great gift to loyal customers.

Dream with me.

A hidden gem of a pub. Great environment, good people, and live entertainment! Greatly enjoyed the Bumbershoots!

I had a fantastic experience at McGee's Scot-Irish Pub — not just for the great atmosphere, food, and drinks, but for their incredible customer service as well. I realized after leaving that I’d forgotten to take my receipt, which I actually needed. I reached out to the pub, and they went above and beyond by quickly locating the transaction and sending me the receipt without any hassle.

It’s rare to find a place that not only delivers a great time but also follows through so helpfully after the fact. Huge thanks to the staff — your professionalism and kindness really stood out. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a true Irish pub experience with genuinely thoughtful service!

Fries overcooked. Fish tasted like breading only. Not impressed.

Went here on a lunch trip with coworkers. Had the tavern burger with fries and slaw. It was really good. My coworkers enjoyed their food also. The only thing I didn't like is their soft drink selection(not much to choose from). Other than that, food is great, service and atmosphere is awesome. Definitely recommend.

stood at wait stand for 10 minutes before anyone came out, not busy, but in meeting. . Sat at bar where new bartender was working, he was very nice. Had a reservation but ended up getting a bar table for the trouble. I had looked online at the menu and decided what I wanted, none of which they any longer had. Server informed me no one was updating their site. Was disappointed and just ordered an appetizer the went elsewhere.

A wonderful establishment. The food came out quick and fresh. It was all wonderful. I had fried chicken livers, chicken, fish, shrimp combo, and Shepard's pie. I highly recommend this place. I haven't visited Anderson in a decade, but I'll be making the trip just for this place.
