Absolutely ridiculous. We went tonight to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. We arrived at 5:30pm and didn’t get our last plate of food until after 6:30. Everything came out wrong and then it was brought out plate by plate in 15 min increments. My food was ice cold by the time the kids received their food. I took 2 bites of mine and it was inedible due to the amount of soy sauce. I mean it was so bad that it burned the back of my throat! The waitress didn’t care and thought that a 25% discount was enough when none of us ate more than 10 bites of our food. It was horrible food and horrible service. wasted 80$, an hour trip to Anderson and left with 5 hungry kids. Will NEVER be back

This place used to be the best but after today I won't be going back. The quality has noticeably decreased and the price has gone up from when I used to love the place. I got the standard teriyaki chicken. The chicken was stringy and weird and the rice tasted like what you buy from the frozen section in a grocery store. Not sure what happened but it's terrible now and I won't be going back

WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! I wish I could give it a lower rating. We got there at almost 2 o'clock and waited about 15 minutes for just our drinks, then another hour just for food. The chicken was extremely dry and tasted old, the amount of protein they give you is quite pitiful. Even customers around us were complaining. The tables were dirty and sticky as well as the napkin dispenser. For 2 people it was about $40.. THAT IS INSANE. especially if the food wasn't even good

Tonight I encounted extremely incompentent employees at Mishima. I called to place an order for Mahi Mahi...at first the girl on that answered the phone said they do not have it anymore...then she says they do...I proceed to place my order for 2 Mahi plates & she says it wil be 5-10 minutes. We get there after 20 minutes & they do not have our plates ready because they are indeed out of Mahi Mahi. Instead of calling us back to tell us they were out of Mahi, they have us waiting and going out of our way for nothing. Then, when I call back to complain, they hang up the phone, so apparently they have caller ID! I finally get someone on the phone, which was no help at all. I hope the owners can see this because they have the wrong people taking the orders.
